About this cottage rental
From here you are perfectly placed to access to all parts of North Devon including numerous beaches and coastal destinations, including ever popular Woolacombe, Croyde, Saunton Sands and Ilfracombe, with its vibrant harbour and famed for being the home of Damien Hirst’s Verity. The market town of Barnstaple is just a short drive and boasts a bustling pannier market alongside numerous restaurants, shops and pubs, as well as the Queens Theatre. Walkers and nature lovers will be in their element with Exmoor National Park and the South West Coast Path within easy reach. Other attractions and places of interest in the area include Braunton Burrows, Marwood Hill Gardens, several National Trust properties including Arlington Court, Exmoor Zoological Park and Exmoor Steam Railway. Golfers are spoilt for choice with Saunton Sands and Royal North Devon within easy reach.
Stepping into the stunning property you will immediately find yourself in an impressive open-plan kitchen/diner with vaulted ceiling and original beams. Venturing up the stairs and on to the first floor, where you will discover the remaining bedrooms and these consist of a double bedroom and a twin room. Venturing outside and approached via three steps from the lounge, there is a lovely enclosed garden with a gently sloping lawn, paved patio area, garden furniture and charcoal BBQ, with further spectacular views.
