Saunton Sands (2 miles) is famous for its golden sands, dunes, surfing and the D-Day landings. A perfect day out at the beach and Braunton Burrows to explore and perfect for your four-legged friends. Saunton Sands Golf course is a must for golfers with 36 holes of beautiful Championship Links Golfs. Within 7 miles you have two more stunning seaside villages Croyde and Woolacombe and they are the mecca for surfing and paddle boarders. Walking enthusiasts will be spoilt for choice with the South West Coastal Path on your doorstep path and Exmoor only 20 miles away with its magical moorlands and woodland walks. Keen cyclists will appreciate the 180 miles long Tarka Trail that is off-road cycling along the coast.
Step inside this beautiful, detached holiday home and the hallway will lead you into the open plan lounge/kitchen which is a delightful social space. The lounge has large comfy sofas to relax on in front of the Smart TV where you can enjoy a movie with your family and friends. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook up your favourite recipes, including an electric oven and gas hob, microwave, dishwasher and a fridge/freezer. In the utility room, there is a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also a shower room with a shower and WC. There are three bedrooms, 1 has a king-size bed and a Smart TV, a double bed with Smart TV and a twin room. The family bathroom has a bath, walk-in shower and WC.
Stepping through the patio doors is the private enclosed garden where you can relax on the stylish patio furniture and dine alfresco with the charcoal BBQ. There is a fire pit to snuggle in around and toast those marshmallows while chatting about your days of adventure. There is also a lazy spa hot tub where you can have many hours of relaxation. At the front of the property, there is ample private parking for 3 cars.
