The location was perfect, a 5 minute walk to catch the buses, and the town
The small freezer box was so iced up that I have to scrape the ice out to make room for my frozen goods, the bath towels were thin, no absorbency and too small

Very clean, great location right in the heart of Braunton. Great value for money. Suitable for 2 adults and 2 children plus our dog. Free parking.
The flat next door unfortunately is a heavy smoker, so the smell does creep into the accommodation, but that isn't any fault of the owner.
Prior to our arrival, I had read previous reviews regarding the comfort of the sofa bed. I brought a 10cm thick mattress topper with me, and it was perfect, so potentially that maybe something worth noting for the owner.
