Good location, good value for money & clean clear apartment
Nothing bad whatsoever. Maybe a slightly stronger shower pressure but it wasn’t bad by any means!

Fantastic location for getting around North Devon with free parking (accessed at the back of the property) and a good level of equipment and amenities relative to the size of the property.
The furniture and washing facilities didn’t correspond exactly to what to is shown in the photos in the listing as of December 2025; the dining table is larger, there are additional surfaces in the main room and the washing machine is accessed independently at the back property, adjacent to the parking - this is shared with other rental properties which was not explicitly clear at the time of booking. None of these are a negative per se, but a consideration if important for you.
