Our Barnstaple stay

We were pleasantly surprised! The accommodation is spacious, modern and very comfortable, with a perfect ensuite! Everything we may have needed was supplied...even a selection of good books! We arrived very late in the evening but still..nothing was too much trouble for the hosts who live next door. Would definitely stay there again..

It was not easy to find. But most likely daylight would have helped! 😊

1 night stay

The host met us on arrival as indicated on the booking, showed us round the property and where to park. The accommodation is in a detached garage next to the owners house - a well designed and comfortable conversion. Ample tea,coffee and milk were provided as well as a fridge. Good shower, comfy bed. Perfect for an overnight stay.

Fantastic little stop over, highly recommended

Such a great little stay over, great quiet location and the room was so clean and tidy, the room has everything you need for a stop over. Owner was lovely and made sure we felt comfortable. Will definitely be back when we plan to come to the area again.

Liked the self contained aspect. Fridge in the room a plus factor and an adequate supply of tea coffee and milk. Comfy bed. Outside space was a nice feature even though we didn't use it because it rained.

Liked the tv, it has heating or a fan if needed, mini fridge and kettle. Nice and clean toilet and shower. Nice host and nice place, just like the photos.

Very good host , excellent communication right from the start . The property is superb , very clean & lots of little extras just to make your stay as comfortable as possible . The little garden was tranquil & a lovely place to sit & unwind . Would definately recommend & hope to re visit in the future .

Fantastic self contained apartment -quiet location for Barnstaple and surrounding area.

Beautifully converted large garage. Clean, newly decorated with a small, quiet, fridge, kettle, two chairs and a good sized desk. The shower room is spacious with a walk in shower: instant hot water. Towels and linen provided. Two chairs and a table in small outside patio. Quiet location. Lovely hosts - very helpful and nice people. Exceptional value for money. Will definitely stay again.

A little hard to find at first. Go to the end of the turning then turn right. Well worth it to stay in this lovely quiet property.

What a find

What a find....couldn't have been happier. So clean, comfortable and in a perfect location for our needs. Very quiet..v ery private, parking right outside. Tea and milk left for us on arrival, small fridge for anything you might want to store...can't fault it. Very comfortable bed, lovely bathroom, Didn't realise breakfast was an option,.my fault I'm sure, but we're offered it and the use of the family kitchen if we needed it. Will definitely stay here again...what a remarkable little space.

If we're to be super critical we would have liked an extra pillow and a mirror to see you drying your hair. We mentioned this to the hosts and they are putting these suggestions into place....so absolutely nothing to complain about. Perfect.
