There was many cosmetic problems with the property.The instructions to find the key were wrong.There were several broken bits in the house and marks.In which we made the owners aware.Needs a bit of love and attention Also there was no BBQ facilities or outside furniture as the advert stated

In this case, convenience was important. The layout is good and even the quirky floorboards and beams are attractive. Decent furniture and reasonable kitchen facilities all made our stay pleasant. Parking at rear is great. Not having to get out onto the busy road out front was ideal.

The back yard could do with some improvement, in particular the paving. I had my ageing Mom with me and she did have to take it steady. The back doors are strange too. I suspect that the non-opening door isn’t secured properly and the one key that was available didn’t lock it in place. This means that regardless of whether the door is locked, a good pull would open both of them. Generally the place is well decorated, just some small details would finish it off well. The toilet seat is odd. A round seat on a square toilet looks weird.

The outside space at the back, drab, broken brick wall and gate, complete with rubble. There is a path at the back, there is glass and an open aspect so had no privacy in the kitchen and dining room area, or when coming down the stairs. The path at the back was very well maintained but the landlord did not contribute towards this communal facility, I knew this as I lived near here, so to rent out with a falling down wall etc., is to my belief -wrong. The lock box was very hard to open and was old with rainwater inside.
