Relaxing as it could be under the circumstances (family funeral).
Location ideal for this trip as family very familiar with Braunton and the surrounding areas.
Perhaps some throws and cushions on the sofas just to make it a little more cosy.

Enjoy a wonderful family week
Email issue no response from letting company neighbours helped we were outside for over 2 hours owner was on homeboy did call us to help with was wonderful. Our issue was with holiday letting company.

Best Devon stay with kids and dog - lovely home in a perfect location for village, beach and countryside.
Perfectly located for the beach, dog walks in fields, tarka trail and village amenities. Basic but comfortable furnishings. Hot showers with good water pressure! Smart tv excellent - able to sign in to our streaming services. Loved heartbreak hotel coffee shop literally around the corner. Back patio very small but lovely sun trap and safely enclosed for dog.
Almost nothing. Couple of tiny things to make it perfect… No fans - ok this week but would definitely need in bedrooms if hotter weather. Coffee maker of some sort would have been great - local coffee shop excellent but not open till 8am and gets expensive after a while.
