A Quiet Spot Excellent To Tour From
Our large caravan was excellent and importantly for us quiet, the last one on the row, not far away from amenities though. The owner provided clear instructions of where to go to and a key access number. We are going to return.
No Reflection on The Caravan or Caravan Owner, however my wife arrived at reception and found the receptionist, lacking in customer facing skills

great location just outside Barnstaple, good value for a 4 person stay for one night
easy check in and check out, clean caravan, plenty of space for the 4 of us for one night.
double bed a bit hard, twin room is quite narrow so if you were staying for longer not ideal, fine for smaller kids

We really enjoyed our stay.
The location both in terms of the local area and the position on the park. Very clean and tidy inside. TV selection was good and a well stocked kitchen. The en-suite was a nice bonus from the main bedroom. Big windows meant a bright and airy feel.
The WiFi was sporadic and generally poor. This was important as we had to work.

Overall excellent stay.
Spacious, clean, tidy and bright
A few small issues. No instructions for the central heating. Took time to figure it out + most rad valves were turned off? Tap loose in the bedroom toilet. Hot basin tap in the shower room dripping. No instructions for the bluetooth pairing with I phone. No pin code to allow pairing, although tried 0000 and by chance it worked.
