Great location and comfy beds, just what we needed!

It was well maintained and spotlessly clean. Good space for a cottage. Rianna the host was friendly and gave good clear instructions via the booking.com app. Entry was via a key box so non intrusive.
The communal courtyard at the entrance was untidy and gave a bad first impression. Cottage was quite overlooked by neighbours.

Property was clean. Beds comfortable and easy access to a park to walk the dog.
Parking was at a nearby car park and cost was £3.50 a day not as specified on website. However your customers should know that all day parking is 0800-1800 and no charge otherwise. Parking is also free on a Sunday.
Also gaining access via street door was challenging. Neighbour in flat above complained due door banging shut, which is understandable. Maybe it should be noted on website not to bang street door.
