Well placed for my purposes. Quiet location. Handy for nearby shopping facilities. Comfortable and homely.
Unfamiliar coffee machine. No instructions of how to house it. No other problems.

This is a very comfortable place for a couple to stay for a self-catering break in North Devon. The facilities were good and the location was an excellent base for exploring a part of the country that we have not visited much before. Chris and Ruth were excellent, friendly hosts.

As described, in a great position, everything functioned correctly , perfect for our stay access was easy and great to have parking
The bed settee was a bit uncomfortable but our son said it was fine for a 3 day stay
