We had an amazing stay! The barn was fantastic - cosy, clean and comfortable. The farm itself was in a great location and had lovely facilities. The hosts were extremely kind and welcoming, and the check-in-out process was easy

Hosts were very welcoming, helpful and friendly without being intrusive. Very pleasant setting with the lake and farm animals - easy access to riverside walk into Barnstaple and beyond. Well equipped kitchen & nice private area to sit out (but we took up the host's offer to sit out by the lake. Comfortable bed. Large TV with apps to log in as well as FreeSat. Good parking area.
There is nothing that can be done about it but the road to the property is very narrow for maybe a km - not likely to encounter any vehicle as the farm is the only property at the bottom. We negotiated it in a large SUV and a Transit Van without damage so its just about being careful if narrow roads are not usually on your journey.

The location was idyllic, the hosts were so welcoming, the barn was beautiful and the animals on site were such a delight. Great location for getting to places too.
