Location, comfort, and the provisions were great. I appreciated the box of goodies too! We went as a family: my husband, myself and my father. The downstairs bathroom and the upstairs toilet was such a positive

The driveway is tight, which is part of the Devon charm so be aware - I could get my mini down it but a large car or van would very much struggle.

This was possibly our favourite stay of all time! Such a comfortable, clean and well-equipped property. A beautiful garden bursting with wildlife, and two bikes for guests to use, with a bike tool so we could adjust them to suit. Everything was perfect, with thoughtful touches like the lovely welcome basket, tablets for the dishwasher and washing machine, condiments and foil/clingfilm. These things make a huge difference when you're travelling with a family. The location is perfection for the village centre, the Tarka trail and supermarkets. There is also a nearby pump track which DELIGHTED my son! Faultless.

Although parking was very tight we managed. Location was just where we wanted to be.

The small double bed was too small for my tall husband unfortunately but not fault of the host.
