A charming property in the heart of Georgeham, Fernleigh is a 2 bed cottage with a 3rd bedroom in an annexe. A peaceful home with a private garden and patio, perfect for enjoying sunny days and evenings. An ideal property for older family groups or couples. The village has 2 great pubs and a well stocked store/post office. The accommodation comprises the cottage with 2 bedrooms and a large bathroom, and a separate annexe which is a cosy self contained double bedroom with en-suite WC. There is a secluded garden to the rear of the property with a BBQ and picnic area. There is free unlimited wifi throughout the property and 2 of the bedrooms have flat screen TVs with Free Sat service. The lounge is equipped with Free Sat TV, a DVD player and a MP3/iphone player. A car pass for Putsborough Sands is available for guests use.

Beautifully quaint cottage with far more space both indoors and outside than expected. We loved the annex, garden, bath tub and log burner. Great to have allocated parking and we felt very safe and comfortable here. Great host, Sam was very helpful and prepared Fernleigh to make us feel very welcomed. Great kitchen facilities meant we could cook family meals when we felt like it and it really felt like a home from home. Would definitely recommend.

Our 3rd stay. Clean, tidy and well equipped. Large enclosed garden great for our 2 dogs. Great location - just 6 mins from Putsborough Beach. Croyde, Woolacombe and Saunton Sands also very close.

Perfect for walks and sightseeing. Great village with 2 pubs. Both serve excellent food. Quiet location and well equipped.
