Approached by country lanes, this coastal apartment overlooks the glorious beach at Putsborough, 2 miles from Croyde and 3 miles from Woolacombe. You’ll be treated to beautiful views from the apartment and if you can drag yourself away, there’s a heated indoor pool for your morning or evening swim.
An exceptionally bright and spacious three-bedroom apartment, this property is furnished to a high standard and overlooks Putsborough Beach and Woolacombe Sands with stunning views from the living room, balcony and two of the bedrooms. The spacious open-plan living/kitchen area includes comfortable sofas, a dining table for six and a modern, stylish, well-equipped and fully fitted maple kitchen to the rear and patio doors to a balcony with breathtaking views of Baggy Point and Woolacombe. The living room also has a Smart TV. There are three bedrooms, all with built-in wardrobes. The master King size bedroom has an en-suite shower room, whilst the other two enjoy splendid views and are served by a spacious family bathroom.
Putsborough Beach is sheltered by cliffs and ideal for swimming and surfing. A lane at the side of the building leads to the beach and during the main season, a beach shop and cafe provides refreshments. When it’s out of season, Croyde and Woolacombe are nearby – both villages have a variety of shops, pubs and restaurants. The South West Coast Path provides miles of excellent walking paths with Mortehoe (4 miles on foot) being of particular note. If you want to do some shopping, Braunton (4 miles) is nearby or Barnstaple (9.5 miles) is a little further and has a theatre, a leisure centre, a cinema and plenty of shops and eateries.
