About this house rental
Sea Dunes is a spacious and comfortable, traditional Croyde bungalow, offering everything that you will need for a relaxing holiday. It is perfectly located in the village, within easy walking distance of the award winning sandy beach and also the thatched cottages, shops, pubs and restaurants in the centre of the village.
There is a decked dining area at the front & a patio at the rear of the property.

There is an outbuilding that can store surf boards, wet suits etc.
There is a decked area at the front of the property, which has sea views across the sand dunes and bay to the headland on the far side. This is ideal for a quiet glass of wine in the evening. From the decking, large patio doors lead into the large open plan living area, with a TV and DVD player and sofas in the lounge, which is over 24 ft in length and then two small steps lead up into the dining area, with its large pine table and chairs and the fully equipped kitchen.
Sea Dunes is ideal for larger families or two families, as it will sleep 8 people easily and up to a maximum of 10. There are four bedrooms in total, two double bedrooms (one of which is en suite), a twin room with two single beds, a bedroom with bunk beds and a double sofa bed in the lounge.
At the back of the property there is a large patio area with garden furniture which is ideal for BBQ's. There is also an outbuilding that has facilities to store surf boards and wet suits.
The entire bungalow and its grounds are all included in the rental price.
Ample parking. At the front of the property there is off road parking on the driveway for three or four cars.

We enjoyed our stay at Sea Dunes very much. The bungalow is spacious, beautifully decorated and well equipped with everything we needed. The views from the balcony were great and there is a lovely private garden area. The location is very quiet and close to Croyde beach. It was a great place to stay and a lovely holiday.

Spacious property well suited to family use. Easy walking to shop, pubs etc and 15 minutes walk to beach. Ample onsite parking. Well equipped for catering.
