Great location; despite being a narrow road, parking was easy and the neighbours were lovely - always a parking spot. All facilities you need. Beds were comfy and we generally loved the homeliness and comfort of the place - very good value for money too and easy to get to everywhere. We had a fantastic stay
Only a couple of points. My dad is very doddery underfoot so found the lack of decent handrail on the stairs tricky, plus the shower head kept falling off.
Smelt a bit musty generally and outside needs some TLC plus maybe covering the back wall outside so you don’t look onto the wasteland. Small points that didn’t detract from our stay.

Excellent location for all the beaches and good pubs in the vicinity
Parking, despite supposed to be one space for parking we could not park out front of the house at all during our stay, in fact we even had a nite pinned to our windscreen asking us not to park opposite someone’s house!
