Location was perfect as we wanted to be close to Woodhall Spa. Was easy to find in a very peaceful village, no traffic noise in the room from the road. The room & bathroom were very spacious & spotless clean. A nice addition was a small fridge to keep some milk & snacks in & also some medication that needed to be kept refrigerated. A very comfy bed, we slept very well. Lovely views from the room of the garden & countryside. We had our own key to come & go as we pleased and safe parking on the drive.

The owners were extremely friendly and courteous to us on arrival. The room was of excellent quality and finished in a very high standard.

Everything was beautifully presented and very clean. The space was generous.
Unfortunately we found the mattress very lumpy (you could feel every spring) and far too hard. I sleep on my side and woke up with a dead arm. The only other issue, was there was no switch to turn off the automatic light in the walk in wardrobe. This meant if you got up to go to the loo in the night, you woke up your partner. At one point my husband turned over in bed and that turned the light on as well! It just needs an over-ride switch and then it wouldn’t be an issue.
