Dave & Tina were super lovely & welcoming! Their house is beautiful & in a nice quiet location, our room was perfect & super comfortable! We stayed here to go to friend's wedding 5 mins down the road & we loved the area as we've never been to Lincolnshire before!

Lovely room. Nicely designed with large bedroom area and dressing (or possibly working) area as well as a stunning bathroom. Spotless. And the carpet was a treat under my feet; I didn’t get my slippers out. Lovely location.
Not sure that there was anything I didn’t like. I could happily have stayed another day, had I not had commitments.

Very clean and smart
Noise from adjoining property. (Dog barking) Sleep disturbance due to PIR light between bedroom and bathroom which came on when moving around. Blinds in bedroom did not cut out sunlight in morning
