Was difficult to locate the property with the Post code prob. Maybe because it’s right close to a traffic light with no space to park and look around for the address.

The member of staff I met who was tidying the bedrooms was very friendly
The washing machine is very slow, but thank you for having one

There was no functional lock on the bathroom door, which led to a fellow guest barging in on my wife, which was extremely embarrasing for her, and the toilet didn't flush very well,
The wall heater rattled with passing traffic too,
