Quietness, space, cosy

Settee and chair uncomfortable in the lounge but ok for one night.

Great location. Responsive hosts.

1. My reason for visiting the area changed but the cancellation policy of these flats meant I couldnt change the booking so i paid for two nights when i only needed one night. 2. The address doesnt take you directly to the property. We spend half an hour walking around trying to find it before emailing the hosts who to be fair phoned immediately. Better initial directions/description would be helpful. 3. The main BIG problem is that the basement flat has an entrance door which even an average sized person would need to duck to get through and as a 6'6' man I couldnt standup straight once inside. This should be made clear before hand. However the hosts were able to upgrade us to a a more suitable flat which was more than adequate.

Location was picked to see family. The price was good for 2 bedroom place. DO NOT BE FOOLED !

Damp smell! Mould in bathroom! Dirty throughout! Dead bugs in microwave. Cutlery dirty. Beds were stained beyond belief. No sofa bed just a sofa. Broken table. Bedding smelt funny. All in all the worst place to take small children to stay!

Damp smell, cannot get round in a wheel chair, access to property is really bad, like a building site so NOT SUITABLE FOR DISABLED PEOPLE

The constant beeping from vehicles from low bridge outside bit of building site out front ,beds too soft ,pillows too hard ,needs more windows for light but clearly there alot of building work in progress and would defo return 😀

was to hot with no ventilation Very hard to find with no directions and no numbers only help from the locals that gave us a clue

The host is very kind and waited for us although we were late. Good communication too.

The entire flat was damp and smelled damp very intensely. There is only one window in the flat and the second bedroom has no window. The ceiling is very low so not suitable for anyone taller than 5'5''. The parking space is quite tight and you have to go through a building site / rubbles to get to the flat.

Very nice clean and comfortable apartment located near the center next to the river where you can go for a walk, owner very polite and helpful I recommend in 100%

This apartment is adorable, two double bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, lovely bathroom and spacious living room. Living room has three seater sofa and arm chair. Dining table, tv with Netflix and amazon prime, Internet. Bedrooms have tv’s with Netflix and bedroom with the window had sky tv. Beds very comfortable with fresh bedding. Bathroom is a bath with a electric shower so you can choose which you want. Towels provided as is hand soap and body wash. We highly recommend this adorable apartment for a lovely weekend away, it’s close walk to town, lovely 1 minute walk to the river which has beautiful views, parking is easy but make sure you bib your horn as it’s right near the low bridge so traffic know your there (blind bend). Can hear the train but it’s not as noisy as one would expect and is actually a relaxing sound. We loved our stay and are three mums feeling refreshed ready to head home and enjoy half term with our families after our mums weekend away. Our nickname for the apartment is Lovely Hobbit Hole

Just missing a bath mat for in the bath as it is quite slippery
