The stay was perfect. excellent location with wonderfull views.

The quiteness of the location, the view and the area, the lake was an bonus

We found beds a little too hard to what we are used to. Everything else was ideal.

Excellent venue and host

Great characterful property in a good location for Lincoln and Coningsby etc. Our greeting was warm and friendly and we found everything we needed was provided.

Having a DVD player and a selection of films to watch was a great addition when we sat down in the evening, however the large sitting room would benefit from a slightly larger screen!

Absolutely brilliant

Location briliant, as we wanted to be close to Coningsby to visit the BBMF hanger tour. The accommodation is set in beautiful tranquil lakeside and woodland a perfect getaway from the outside world, but close enough to get a takeaway. Best sleep ever and I would love the kitchen in my own home! Didn't want to leave.. The owners are lovely, nothing is too much, they have a fabulous knowledge of the area. Would definitly book again.

Just what we needed, peace quiet and relaxed with fab scenery around us.

All was 1st class, as always. We have been here for our holidays for 3 years and hope the owners will allow us to return in thr future for years to come.

beautiful location and the owners went out of their way to be helpful and welcoming downt to every detail. ie fesh flowers and as we were there for 40s weekend they had bought us a programme of events
