Incredible find we all had such a fabulous time. A huge welcome basket upon arrival - 3 ducks sat waiting on the hot tub which was amazing my children loved that gesture. Location literally 2 mins from beach and close to town. The coffee machine needs its own mention as it was fab. Every possible amenity you might need Den of Joy had it. We will definitely return
Only slight thing was the towels are small and the toilet brushes need changing

Place itself is lovely and comfortable. Nice welcome pack including wine. Great hot.tub. Kitchen well stocked. Plenty of space. Lots of 'simple pleasures' type places to visit nearby.
It's kind of on the holiday park but not. Non stop yapping dogs next door (not sure if permanent residents). Lots of noise from locals, I suppose to be expected for the area. On the pricey side for Cleethorpes.

Home from home, everything you needed was there. Lovely treat box. Beautiful place.
It was a drive away from anywhere. You definitely needed a car. Could of done with a pub/ shop on site. But lovely property .
