Spacious and my support dog loved the enclosed garden as it was the first time in his life he could go outside without a lead or harness, so to him he wasn’t working so had some good fun running round and a nice break from looking after me
Like all but I’ll remember to take laptop or iPad next time as I’m use to tv in bedroom but that’s a my problem not the property (I have PTSD)

Our 2nd time on the fitties site , Pet Haven was perfect for our short break Monday to Friday , everything we needed was provided , excellent enclosed garden for our 2 dogs and close proximity ( 3 minute walk ) to the beach , added bonus was the smart tv for the evenings with freely , Amazon prime and all the apps , very comfortable bed too

Great position, nicely decorated, roomy for two people . Liked the private garden but due to the weather didn’t get to use it much.
A simple manual/guide would be useful to know how the heater/water etc works. Also an inventory to check we were not short of anything on arrival.
The outdoor cushions were very tired and quite damaged. Not a big problem to us though with the weather we had, just don’t want to be charged for items that were already damaged. Also the outdoor furniture needed cleaning which I would have done if I’d had more garden opportunities!
