Lovely and clean quiet stay

Location was great for us as near friends. Very clean and everything we needed in the room. Free Wi-Fi was excellent , a very pleasant stay and will definitely return. Bev the host was absolutely lovely

The heating being controlled by the owner wasn’t ideal even though she left a number to call for adjustment but not a major problem. Stairs maybe a bit steep for elderly people but not a problem for us.

A truly comfortable and restful stay.

Well appointed and exceptionally clean accommodation. Really calm and quiet setting. Bev was really friendly and helpful, and provided clear instructions and information for check-in. We had a fantastic stay and plan to book again. Will also recommend to family and friends if and when they are looking to stay in the area.

A hidden gem for those who crave peace and quiet.

The property was immaculately presented and the owner Bev has clearly given great consideration to ensuring guests have everything they could need. Bev was also very accommodating to our travel plans.

Very quiet in a lovely location. Clean, tidy and well stocked for breakfast and snacks. Good spot for visiting Cadwell Park. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful tranquil place to relax

It so quite and tranquil, there are horses in the field behind us, they csme up to us. We could sit outside and admire the veiw with our cup of tea Bev the owner was very welcoming and freindly. We ere only 3.5 miles from woodhall spa

I loved everything but mainly the effort the hosts put in to make us feel welcome. Everything was perfect I will be visiting again. It was very clean and comfortable.

Feel quite disappointed about this stay, not clean and little misleading

Location was lovely access was easy through a secure key lock.

I am so disappointed with this stay (I travel with my business and stay away weekly). Firstly the hygiene is incredibly poor when you open the door in the garage (yes inside the garage) to the apartment you are greeted with dirty photo attached, continues upstairs. The crockery was no better dirty mugs not pleasant and while the property is described above a garage which I am fine with walking through a garage to get to the property was not what was expected. Then it came to the facilities the microwave is in the garage not the actual apartment so you have to go downstairs into the garage if you want to use the microwave pic attached. Breakfast included the photo in the description on booking.com is so misleading it needs to be removed by booking.com. What you actually get is a few old bars which I also photographed of bars that have potentially been left by many other visitors. All photos were taken to send to family as they couldn’t believe what I was saying since we also stayed local the week previous at a different property

Absolutely beautiful little place - I would definitely stay again!

Beautiful little hideaway above the garage with stunning views! Our host Bev had thought of everything! Breakfast bars etc were included and they were hugely appreciated after not having an evening meal on the day of our arrival.

Didn't stay

Nice location

Room was too hot and stuffy, bin hadn't been emptied and room could have done with a good clean, therefore didn't feel comfortable enough to stay there so we left after five minutes. Also breakfast supplies not as advertised.

Beautiful setting out in the countryside x watched a wonderful sunset from our window Comfy bed and Bev had left lots of little things for breakfast to eat and milk and coffees and teas if good quality and a range of them Lots of shower products we could help ourselves to Bev was great at replying and made our stay easy x budget price toi x perfect

The location is amazing. You have your own privacy and can come and go as you please. The room is superb and really nicely done/decorated.

We're both tall and bumped our heads on the pitched roof in the room. That says more about our clumsiness than the room. It's beautiful there. Highly recommend it.

Excellent accommodation, beautiful location...

Absolutely brilliant location, being at the rear of the property & with fields behind the peace & quiet it fantastic. On a good day you can watch the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight (schedule permitting) & the Typhoons come & go from RAF Coningsby in the distance. The picture I've uploaded had me baffled when I was stopped by the lights, til a Eurofighter came in to land... There are a decent range of shops a short drive away... Can highly recommend this accommodation & I myself will be coming back here...

It was a lovely, restful place and I loved waking up to see two ponies in the field next door.

The bed was extremely comfortable and there was plenty of choice of food for breakfast.

I was a bit spooked to start with as there didn’t appear to be anyone on site but I soon got over that.

Place is lovely, bev and dogs are lovely!! However we were inundated with flies and nats, even after we shut the window!! We spent half the night killing them instead of relaxing unfortunately. Such a shame as beautiful place with amazing hosts!! X

Accomodation spotlessly clean. Everything you would need was available. Shampoo, shower gel, breakfast items, tea and coffee etc. Lovely quiet location with pub a fw minutes away. Would recommend.

Breakfast did what it said on the tin everything about this retreat was excellent good position enough for breakfast clean tidy off road parking.
