In a quiet, rural location but within easy access of Horncastle. A well thought out little conversion, with a spacious feel. Tasteful and just a little quirky! Owners are close by but not at all intrusive ...a lovely, helpful couple.
A grab rail in the shower would be helpful for anyone with any mobility difficulties, as would a handrail for the steps to the front door ...but didn't deter me from returning for a 2nd week!

Property was beautifully furnished and very cosy. One of the best working TV’s and WIFI we’ve had whilst travelling. Bed was comfortable, shower was amazing!
Garden was fully enclosed, but perimeter wall was very short so a medium to large dog could easily get out. Could also do with a drainage rack on the sink for when pots are washed
