Excellent location, spacious living area, lovely bedrooms with French shutters and grates.

Het appartement was perfect gelegen om de stad te ontdekken. Vlakbij een aantal supermarkten en bakker - top! Daarnaast was het heerlijk om in de airco terug te komen met temperaturen boven de 35 graden buiten.

Het systeem van sleutels halen en communiceren is het nog net niet. De sleutel lag bij het ophalen nog niet in de kluis, waardoor we onnodig lang moesten wachten. Daarnaast zijn de bedden (2-persoons) vrij smal en laag.

The apartment was a good size and well located.

Inoperable shower head which was a drawback, and minimal follow-up regarding its repair, albeit with courteous staff interactions.

Its location is perfect. It's very close to the port and different forms of transportation, such as trains, trams, and buses. It's also very close to the sea and old part of the city so it's convenient to take a walk. The apartment is beautiful and spacious. It is very comfortable for children. Having the option for early check-in and late check-out is an advantage.

Collecting the keys from a location more than 1 km away could be problematic, especially when traveling with bags and children. I personally think it should be included in the price to have someone with the keys on site if you arrive during the day. It would also be much more transparent to have a cost like a required deposit (with the option refundable or non-refundable) that is known at the time of booking and included in the price.
