The apt. was ideally located facing the Place Massena. Within a few minutes’ walk, we could reach the Promenade des Anglais, the Old Town and the shopping district.
We could see all of the Nice Carnival activities from our window — no need to even buy a ticket!
The response time to our requests was fairly prompt. The apartment itself was very comfortable and spacious.
We had problems with both the TV and the air conditioning. Both were eventually resolved, but the A/C filters were filthy and needed replacing and the TV had not been set up properly with working batteries. These are things that should be reviewed and taken care of before every new tenant moves in.

Wonderful 2 bedroom flat convenient to everything. Was quiet at night for sleeping, but open the doors to the balcony in the day and you can see the bustle and sights of town. Really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again!

Loved the location, near the sea & old city! Many good restaurants near by, highly recommend Peixes for seafood! Place did show a little wear & tear, but was fine overall. Was thankful for the elevator when moving luggage!
