We stayed for 5 nights but no extra towels provided and we had to buy toilet paper on day 4 I had to request tea towel and kitchen basics which were supposed to be provided in Welcome pack they were de delivered on day two of our stay The company did not fore warn us that the area was locked down during President Macrons visit on July 14 we fortunately managed to get back into our apartment thanks to a policeman who walked us to the door however we could not leave for 3 hours

The apartment itself is good. Good amount of space and absolutely fantastic location. The sunsets off the balcony are beautiful! The washer was helpful as well.

Getting the keys to the apartment was an absolute nightmare. The rental office is no where close to the apartment and you can't reach either place by car. Maybe our Uber driver didn't know how to get to either place, but it was an incredibly stressful situation. The amenities at the apartment were also lacking. Tiny bath towels, no bathroom trash cans, not enough toilet paper, no paper towels. We had to go buy it ourselves. I did reach out to the management company about it but I didn't hear back and honestly, I wouldn't have gone back to the office anyway after the nightmare of getting the keys. The cleaning fee we were charged was also way to high based on all of the things we had to do when checking out. During our stay I kept thinking, AirBnBs like this are the reason people stay in hotels.
