Nice amount of space, clean and comfortable. Check in was excellent and location was convenient. Lots of information on the area provided was a nice added touch.
Street noise was awful until 2am every night. Even with all the windows closed up tight the car/traffic and street/music noise was pretty bad. Also, needed another set of towels. One towel per person for 4 days was not enough.

Location!! Easy access with lift. Comfortable bed. Washing machine.
Extra towels would be helpful as our stay was 10 days and a change of bed linen.

The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood close to Massena square and the beach. Restaurants and bars right outside, it is centrally located in Nice. Emilie welcomed us in the apartment and although we had to wait a little bit to get the keys, she gave us a quick tour of the apartment and was gave some suggestions in the area.
There’s actually only 1 bedroom. The other one is just a bed with curtains for privacy. Although this was not a deal breaker as we were a family of three, but my son would’ve preferred a bedroom with doors for privacy.
