We really enjoyed our stay and visited local areas. The club house on site served lovely food.

The location was good, close to the town centre and a good base for visiting around the east coast.

The single bed was only small, it's only like a camp bed and my elderly mum struggled to get into it.

Overall a good experience in Chalet.

The accessibility to the property was great and the beds were comfortable. The amenities provided were great for the chalet setup.

There was a bit of food mess around the appliances on the kitchen sides that I had to clean up before anything else. The dishwasher had been run but the pots that were inside were still dirty luckily they had provided salt and rinse aid in the cupboard to ensure that it could be topped up. It looked as if someone had dragged in some of the outside when entering the living area and the bedrooms. Gave a quick sweep/hoover also provided. The dishwasher door seal had come away slightly at the bottom right before our stay so be careful when it comes to pulling the bottom tray forward or shutting the door as it could get trapped.

Great for a little getaway!

Great little chalet, perfect for our beach holiday. Hosts were easy to contact, quick to reply, helpful and friendly.

Only 2 little things, the shower curtain needs cleaning/replacing and the mattress on the single bed probably needs replacing too. Other than those 2 things everything was good.

The kitchen and living room were excellent everything in the kitchen was very clean and well equipped

The mattress on the single bed was poor springs have gone in it so very uncomfortable, the shower curtain needs washing as it was very mouldy, the fridge freezer was very noisy especially at night, and the toilet door need a good coat of paint.

Nice little place for a short break, and ideal location near the beach to take dogs for a walk. The weather wasn’t the

Ideal for a short stay for 2 people and a small dog. The enclosed decking at the front of the property was good so the dog could go outside. It was quiet on the park and most of the properties were empty which was ideal

Property was ok but the park facilities were very limited. The on-site bar was closed and it could have done with a small shop

the lack of a wash basin. regarding shaving facilities for the gent in our party. shower was a bit tight. the single bed was adequate but not that comfy. not enough room for clothes as only one tiny wardrobe and none in main bedroom.

The stench of dog when we opened the bedroom door was vile. Dog hair over the sofa and cushions. Dog hair on the duvet and pillow cases. Being charged for the electric used is not built into the charge of the room. That is extra

Double & single Mattress not comfortable at all also when we arrive the sofa bed full of some puppy hair I vacuum myself because my nephew is allergy with that, but rest of the chalet is neat & clean 💙

Lovely stay in a beautiful Chalet - D5

I didn't end up staying in the 2 bed Chalet that I booked but was given a wonderful newly decorated 1 bed chalet instead. I was very pleased with it as it was so modern and fresh benefiting from a brand new bed & sofa and all new kitchen items. It was comfortable with a real home from home feel about it The hosts where lovely and communicated with me very well it appeared nothing would have been too much trouble for them - I would book again with them

There was nothing I didn't like however I would suggest that a welcome pack for guests would be good containing local amenities/attractions, bus times, taxi numbers etc. The TV in the chalet was huge with sky, which was lovely, however the sky box was right up on top of the full height fridge freezer so I couldn't reach it & couldn't get the telly to work during my stay (notnthe end of the world though)

Highly recommend

The Chalet was lovely and very well equipped. The lady (Sue) who met us to give us the keys was very friendly and welcoming as was the next door neighbour Peter.The staff on site were very friendly too and went out of their way to help . The site was very clean and well looked after . We would highly recommend.
