The chalet was very clean and comfortable.
It was well equipped with everything you need for a short stay.
Communication from the owners was good.
The site is just outside Mablethorpe and very close to the beach.
Unfortunately a large proportion of the site is occupied with permanent residents and some of them regard holidaymakers as 2nd class residents. In particular keep an eye out for the horrible obnoxious woman that lives in chalet D9, I was subjected to a torrent of abuse and foul language from her.
I would not return to this property because of the attitude of some of the permanent residents there.

For a short break for a couple and a small dog, it was very cosy and clean, have nothing bad to say, is it the Ritz - no, but for a nice clean place to relax and sleep after a full day at the beach, it was perfect!
The only thing that would have made it better was the TV didn't work, or I couldn't fathom it out, that's the only negative issue I had.

I paid for the linen package unfortunately on arrival there was no bottom sheet the quilt and pillows were just rolled up on the bed I managed to find a green sheet in wardrobe there were also no towels just a face cloth luckily I had brought a towel of my own
The bed was very old and uncomfortable as were the pillows the mattress protector was also stained and on inside out money has obviously been spent on modifying the chalet and it looked very nice a little more spent on a decent mattress and pillows and some quality bedding that are actually fitted would get excellent review
