Lovely and clean had everything to ensure we had a good stay from cutlery to dvd player for kids to be kept entertained

On a nice, quiet caravan park. 25-30 min walk from Mablethorpe high street or 5 mins in a taxi.
A few issues, but all raised with the owner directly. Wouldn’t affect the likelihood of us rebooking in the future.

Location was great. Relatively quiet. Caravan space was ok.
The caravan itself and bedsheets were quite dirty and everything had clearly not been cleaned. Getting the 'refundable deposit' back is a nightmare and we have had to make a court claim, simply because communications are mostly ignored and endless new dates are given for the return of the deposit, to no avail.
