5* Accommodation

Model fresh look and feel to the property. Owners were wonderful and very accommodating, specially as this was a very last minute booking.

Neighbours next door. Don't know if they were holiday makers or owners but no respect at all. I mentioned it to the owner who said I should of rang him but at 22:35 I felt I shouldn't. This is nothing the owner has done wrong

We had an amazing stay at H21, it was our first stay here but certainly won’t be the last.

The chalet was immaculately clean and well presented. The owner, Marc met us on arrival and presented the chalet to us and we were extremely pleased to accept it for the night. The chalet has been modernised to a very high standard and we were very comfortable and enjoyed every minute of our stay.

There was no travel cot but wasn’t a problem as little one slept in with us, would have to bring your own, we’ll just bring our own next time. Thanks again

Great little find, best chalet on the park.

H21 Holiday let mablethorpe

Marc, the host, was very welcoming and helpful. The location was absolutely spot on, chalet was immaculate clean, even had welcoming touches like shower gel, shampoo, etc... Site restaurant served excellent food and drinks, min walk to beach, all in all 10/10, will be definitel be returning!!😁 And just to top it off, our grandson pokemon lunch box, which we accidentally left behind, is being posted back free of charge

A little Gem. Highly Recommended.

The chalet felt brand new, is well-equipped and super-clean. We just stayed one night, so didn't use the cooking facilities but were impressed that there's even an air-fryer. And as it was a hot day, they specially provided a fan. Mark kept in touch beforehand, and Vicki met us with the key within minutes of our arrival. There's parking right outside the chalet. They're a great couple and keep the unit in tiptop condition. The long and clean, sandy beach is literally a 10 minute walk away. We'll happily return, for longer next time!

Close to the beach

We took our grandchildren for a mini break. The chalet was perfect for our stay. Newly renovated, clean, and the host was personable and helpful. The location is close to the beach and the town centre.

Very nice property.

When you know what to expect from the size of the let,you will be extremely delighted. It is very clean. I mean, very clean! The owners were most helpful. The extra touches also made a noticeable difference to other properties. Like a water purifier and good quality new products throughout the property. The space may be small, but they have made very good use of the size they had to work with. Excellent property, very good value for money. Of all the properties i have used all over the country, this is by far the best. Definitely recommend.

Perfect place for a break away

The chalet was clean and modern and the perfect escape for a few nights away. You can tell a lot of love has gone in to renovating the property and it had everything we needed. A lovely gent met us at the property to hand over the keys and said we should call if we need anything at all, we didn't but I got the sense they would be round and help if we had needed anything. 5minute walk from the beach and about a 10minute walk to the town it was the perfect location for what we wanted from our break. We will definitely stay again in the future.

What can we say?! Our hosts Marc and Vicky are absolutely salt of the earth people. Nothing is too much trouble. They have worked so hard on this accommodation and the results show it. Pure luxury, modern, spotless and stunning. Memories made these past few days and we will from now on be going nowhere else. Top family. Top chalet. Gutted to be leaving.

When we arrived at the chalet the owner was there to meet us as we were his first customers (with a Easter egg for our son) the man couldn't have done anymore to welcome us, show us around and said if we need anything at all just to ring him. The chalet itself is probably the best I've seen on tingdene, the decking is a good size and gated, the bedrooms were really clean and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need if you choose to cook rather than go out for food. The bathroom for me is the best part, the shower was exceptional and they even provide Shampoo, conditioner and body wash. All that just two steps from beach. We will definitely be back! Thanks again
