Lovely new year stay

Fab location and cosy Had an air fryer and all the cooking equipment. Beds comfortable

Lack of hooks (like nowhere to hang towels) No hot water in the kitchen to wash pots. We wasn't made aware of this before we arrived. The owner was aware and did apologise. He did communicate well with us.

I didn’t have the breakfast, I was a bit disappointed there was no internet connection because I did need one. But it was a really nice and clean chalet with everything you needed, microwave, good cooking hob, comfortable settees even a garden area to sit out and wooden decking with tables and chairs, we are thinking of staying over the summer where there will be another smaller seminar but many more people for a three day event. We will see what happens.

Not having an internet connection, and cotton sheets would have been nice, I have problems with polyester.

Perfect chalet for a beach holiday

There was so much to like, the beds were comfortable. The shower was great, electric, so decent. The wifi was fine. The little kitchen had everything you would need. The bedrooms were just right, each room had both a fan and heater. The living room had a lovely little electric heater. As a bonus there was a little Nespresso machine really convenient. The facilities on site were fab too, a little bar/restaurant on site, was great. Everything was walking distance, at the end of the road was the beach access and the bus stop. A few yards beyond that was a little convenience store and the local movie theare.

The floors were cold, I would definitely recommend taking foot coverings.

Loved the chalet; check-in was straight forward, the host sent me the code for the keys the day before our arrival. Had air fryer, coffee machine and more pods than we could ever need! Kettle, toaster, oven and hob, cleaning products (sprays, vacuum cleaner, fairy liquid, toilet gel, cloth, bleach, etc). Decking overlooking open grass area so we could relax at the table and chairs without being directly opposite anyone else. Lots of rabbits hopping around the grass at night, so special! Close to communal bin compound so taking rubbish out was speedy, but not too close. Games and books on the coffee table shelf (monopoly, game of life, etc) which we didn’t use but would have been a lifesaver if we fancied a lazy day. We didn’t take our dog, but I noticed a box with pet beds and blankets under the bed, which is handy to know for next time. The weather was warm but the fire could be turned on with only the flames and no heat, so we had that on one evening and it made the living room feel really cosy whilst we watched a bit of telly on the smart tv. I was really hot one night so used one of the two fans provided and I know it sounds daft but it was so powerful but really quiet - better than the one I have at home! It’s literally a 5 minute walk to a quiet beach (still has the gorgeous soft sand) and a 15-20 minute walk to Mablethorpe town, so it was nice to get around without driving everywhere. A handy corner shop 10 minutes walk down the road, so we could pick up milk, bread, a bottle of wine, etc. I absolutely loved the chalet, the location and the fact that the hosts had provided everything we might need, from folding tables to games to a beanbag to an ashtray for outside to air fresheners to bin bags to extension leads…. Just made our stay completely stress free!

I genuinely loved it! If I was being really picky, perhaps two pillows per person on the beds would have been nicer, but that’s just personal preference from a family who like them stacked high.

Lovely fresh and modern feel to the chalet. Spotlessly clean with everything you need for a short break Even some board games and dominoes if you don’t get the weather Nice little bar on site where everyone is friendly (unlike some much more expensive campsites)

Lovely relaxing stay

Absolutely lovely little place to stay. Only stayed 2 nights but wish it’d been longer. Clean and has pretty much everything you need including dog bowls etc if you’re bringing your dogs. In a fairly quiet site but within walking distance to the livelier parts of Mablethorpe and the beach is literally a few minutes walk. Would definitely recommend and will hopefully be back there at some point. I think even my big kids would be up for coming next time 👍

Excellent stay

This property has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It's light, airy & very clean . The location is excellent. The enclosed veranda is a brilliant addition. I couldn't find any negatives. The owner messaged to make sure everything was okay & left a number to call in case of any problems ( we had none) would definitely recommend to others & would definitely stay again.
