the mattress was lumpy,eveytime we move the springs were going badong and sticking out.we had to put a double quilt on the mattress

Comfortable, clean, accommodation, quiet site, lovely pub onsite some good entertainment drinks reasonable priced great location
Draughty window in bedrooms that don't close at hinges didn't realise till we were leaving

Good location, caravan was good value for money, kids love coming here
The heating system was broken so our first 2nights were so cold waiting for it to be repaired! The polite staff on site provided us with a small heater but it didn’t heat the van sufficiently. 2 of our 4nights we hardly slept, there was no offer to move us to another van despite us informing them several times we needed heating to be comfortable. We understand it’s a busy time of year and staff working hard all round, just a shame when sleep is disturbed by being so cold!
