Towervans Caravan Park

Located very close to town centre, the caravan was clean and accessible. We didn’t know we needed to bring bedding so after speaking to reception we were told we could loan bedding for £5.00 per person which we thought was excellent value for money.

We couldn’t get the heating to work so we had to sit wrapped up in our quilts. No iron, we would have loved access to an iron and ironing board inside the caravan.

Staff were very pleasant and happy hour made club prices more affordable site was very clean entaiment was excellent at night, food was very nice and quite reasonably priced.

Club prices were very expensive and the position of the caravans was ill thought out and featureless very boring the way they were all in straight lines lacked any imagination.

The staff and people were so friendly.loved fishing every morning.helen in reception deserves a special thank you for all her help

There were no linens provided at all. We were even asked whether we had brought our own linens with us. When you book a hotel room, you expect basic necessities such as bed linens to be provided. Being asked to bring your own linens was both surprising and disappointing and fell well below the standard expected from a caravan stay. I have booked another in August and they have provided linen in it.
