Overall good holiday

The price was great, the staff and locals friendly, the location is good, most neighbouring vans very quiet, lovely pond & wild life on site.

The flooring in the van was cracked in places, one of the net curtains we're ripped, one window was blowing in a draft, the van just needs a bit of Tlc and it will be better.

Disappointing weekend

Nice site lovely clean and nice clubhouse

First time ive ever left a bad review but need too Caravan was a classed as a std the front door hanging off didn't seal when closed very drafty windows same wouldn't close properly spent most of weekend with blankets round us and fire on to stop the cold drafts also booked site for fishing and paid for 2 day fishing on arrival so paid for sat and sun fishing i fished sat only to find out there was a owners match on lake Sunday so couldn't fish got my day ticket money back in end had to stand my ground in reception to get it back thou all in all not a good weekend also when I checked out at reception lady on reception was knitting she hardly raised her eyes when i gave her key back and handed in my comments sheet which was in caravan for guesses to fill in shame really with overall site being lovely dont think we will go again weekend good value for money but a non drafty caravan surly is a minimum requirement

Nice break

The Tavern, the staff there were lovely and the food was nice. The caravan was clean and spacious. The site was well kept.

The bed was uncomfy. We didn't know we had to take our own bedding or rent it from the site. I don't recall seeing anything about this when booking.

Great value for money

Once we checked in the van was easy to find and it was cleaned to a very high standard. The lounge was very big with a well equipped kitchen area. The bedroom was also a very good size and we found the bed very comfortable. The park is very close to the town centre and very easy to get to. We enjoyed our stay very much

Lovely caravan great part shame about the food set up

Quiet and clean staff were friendly

The club house the food set up was poor we arrived ordered drinks and was about to order food at 7.30pm and we're told food has stopped due to entertainment going to start. And then no food served Tuesday Wednesday Thursday

That there wasn’t a possibility to have towels ? And there wasn’t any toilet paper provided for the money paid they should at least supply toilet roll..

Not impressed

Caravan was clean and area was ok.

No bed sheets, duvets. No towels, soap, sponge, dishwasher liquid, no tea towel. Nothing was there just 1 toilet roll for a week. There was no warning that these necessities are missing.

Very disappointed!

Bedding wasn't provided. I wasn't informed of this prior to my arrival.. I had to buy bedding at my cost - a pillow slip and duvet cover set and ended up sleeping inside the duvet cover, as there was no bed sheets either. I haven't so far been reimbursed for this cost/expense. It totally spoiled my holiday. I love Mablethorpe and have stayed at other chalet parks ie Havens Golden Sands etc and have not experienced no bedding supplied. I shall not be returning to any Hoseasons, which are part of Awaze.

A wonderful peaceful stay.

We loved the caravan we were in. It was absolutely spotless as was the park itself. A beautiful peaceful place. We would come bk for sure.

The prices in the tavern were a bit steep but the venue is lovely. More bins in the caravan are needed tho. Ie a kitchen bin that can be stored in one of the tall cupboards n a small bin in the bathroom especially for the ladies sanitary products. It's not nice hving one waste paper bin for the entire caravan.

Bad service

I wanted to reach out and share my extreme disappointment with the service I received during my recent stay at one of your TowerVans caravan properties. To be honest, it was quite a shock to discover that there were absolutely no bed covers, pillow cases, duvet covers, or towels provided when I arrived. It's safe to say that this lack of communication about essential amenities caused a lot of unnecessary inconvenience and ended up costing me extra. I kindly request that you look into this matter and take immediate action and mediate with a resolution for the unexpected expenses I had to incur due to the absence of these basic supplies.
