Lovely place to stay. Easy key pick up from the office upon arrival. Lovely quiet little site, just walk through the gate & up the steps & you are at the seafront! 5 min drive to Mablethorpe centre. No facilities on site but we were aware of that & didn’t need any facilities. The van itself was lovely, spotless upon arrival & had everything you need & more (bring your own duvet covers/sheets). Washing up liquid etc, hand soap in bathroom all provided which was very handy & full cooking facilities available. Board games were a lovely touch. Would definitely stay again if visiting the area & would recommend.

Beautiful and clean, it had mugs, plates, microwave, oven, pans, DVD player, everything you might need basically. Lovely place, amazing location, a minute walk from the sea. I hope to come back.
