The location is perfect as is the view from the balcony. The apartment is well equipped with utensils for cooking and self-catering. The double beds are comfortable. The dishwasher & washing machine are invaluable if you are travelling as a family. The air conditioning is good too. Lara was helpful & communicated well. Bus & ferry nearby. Good restaurants nearby.

The electricity cuts regularly but is quickly sorted with a trip switch in the downstairs entrance way. The shower is slow to drain. The extra charges for linen seem unnecessary. The double sofa bed was only able to be used as a single bed for our stay.

La această proprietate trebuie să citiți foarte bine enunțurile până la sfârșit să nu pățiți ca și noi să trebuiască să veniți cu tot de acasă.Nu oferă lenjerii și prosoape decât contra cost.Iar la bucătărie nu există tigaie decât oale.Taxa pt animale e de 10euro pe zi,și parcarea foarte departe de locație.

The apartment is a great size, with 3 bedrooms and two bathroom areas, plus is literally right by the harbour and close to restaurants and shops.

It’s looks quite dated and it’s not being adequately maintained. The Lounge area has a massive cabinet to help fill the room, but it’s empty apart from some used celotape, a ferry timetable and a random door knob on a shelf. Not much thought has gone into guests using the facilities as there no saucepans or trays, just pressure cooker pots. The socket next to the washing machine doesn’t work and is taped up, rather than getting it fixed you have to trail a lead across the room and doorway to another socket. The hallway lights do not work, some of the downlightings in the bathroom don’t work. There are trailing leads from TVs and towel rails, these shouldd be enclosed so a toddler can not get hold off them and wrap them rounds their neck. As an electrician, I know that these are easy fixes and could be done in a few hours, so not sure why they haven’t been. Some of the window shutters don’t secure shut. The shower tray is really stained and not been cleaneded properly in a long time, the bath has the shower head hose connected to the tap outlet, so when you turn the bath on water runs out of both the tap and shower head and didn’t appears to be any other control for it, but there a hole where the hose comes out so water gets through and then soaks the floor. Looking back at reviews some of these things have been like this a few years. The property does have free parking but it is about a 15 minutes walk away behind some houses, also it looks like old white appliances are also collected there.
