Good facility with access to a good size pool, short walk to the lakeside (with private access) and 15 min walk into Garda. Apartments are set on lovely well kept gardens.

The parking spaces are extremely tight with limited light on a night. No local shop to get essentials and drinks.

Overall a pleasant stay, but with some disappointments

We recently stayed at this apartment, and overall, our experience was pleasant. The apartment itself was comfortable, and the view from the terrace was lovely. The swimming pool was large, clean, and surrounded by lovely scenery, making it a great spot to relax. The private gate providing direct access to the beach was a fantastic bonus, and having two parking spaces was incredibly convenient as we travelled in two separate cars. However, there were a few key issues that took away from the experience. We had specifically booked a three-bedroom apartment for two families, but in reality, it was a two-bedroom apartment with two single beds placed on a mezzanine above the kitchen. This setup was not mentioned in the description. The mezzanine was not safe for children, so my husband and I ended up sleeping up there — needing to wait until everyone was done using the communal space before going to bed ourselves. The narrow wooden stairs made it difficult (and a bit risky) to carry luggage up. The bathroom could have been cleaner, particularly the shower cubicle and the floor. Additionally, the lighting in the kitchen/living area was very dim — only a few small lamps on the walls, which made cooking and other activities less enjoyable. The staff at the reception were friendly and professional, but unfortunately not fully informed. We were told we could drive up to the apartment to drop off luggage (and were even shown the route on a map), but there was no vehicular access — only a narrow pedestrian path. Thankfully, the apartment wasn’t too far from the main parking area, but still, this created unnecessary confusion. Despite the drawbacks, we appreciated the location close to the beach and the cool, airy apartment to return to after active days out. However, for €999 for three nights, we expected a more accurate description of the accommodation and a higher standard of cleanliness and functionality.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and cozy, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The terrace view was stunning, overlooking both the lake and the surrounding mountains — such a beautiful and peaceful setting! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and any questions or requests were handled quickly and efficiently.

One small suggestion: it would be even better if the parking spaces were slightly more spacious, especially for larger cars.

Great apartments, entitled residents

The apartments were spacious, clean and close to everything. Just be aware they are going up the side of a mountain so if you get a balcony, the views are amazing.

There was a particular resident who lived 2 doors up from the pool area. From the moment we arrived she was entitled and rude. She told us to quiet our children in the morning time, before siesta. She took videos of our children. She hose piped my brother in law while holding his 2 yr old son. Her and her mother blocked the car park because someone was in their spot. For a full hour she held her hand on the horn of her car while looking for the resident that blocked her mother in. For someone who claimed Namaste hand gestures, this small woman has a heart to match her black hair. She really did sour this experience on a small level, but you can't keep Irish down! Maybe it's all the bitter lemons she eats?

Great stay for a family of 8, clean and lots of room with an amazing location and view!

Amazing view, very clean and roomy space. There was so much room for our group of 8. Loved having the dining area and outdoor patio area.

Picking up the keys from another location is a little inconvenient and the parking pole is also a bit inconvenient.

Disappointing, with a misleading description

The weather was nice

The property describes itself as an apartment, suggesting an apartment building in a town, but in reality it is a ‘hut' in a 'holiday camp’. The allocated parking was occupied by another vehicle on arrival. Parking was in fact quite random and the issue was never addressed by the staff. The kitchen facilities were poor, lacking an oven, adequate work surfaces, or even a draining board by the sink. It was like camping in a caravan. There was a lack of power outlets throughout the ‘hut’ and only one in the kitchen area, so that one appliance had to be disconnected to use another (hopeless). The microwave was kept in a cupboard and a toaster was not provided. The wifi coverage was dismal (one bar), which did not extend to the bedroom where the signal was zero. The best place for wifi was actually outside, indicating that the router was external and serving several ‘huts’. Usually apartment owners leave some basic supplies, but there was no tea, coffee, filters for the coffee machine, salt, pepper so all this had to be bought in, in quantities we could not use in 4 days. Guests are expected to separate and recycle waste according to local regulations, but separate bins were not provided, so we used plastic bags which we had to keep on the kitchen floor. The large collection bins themselves, were hidden away on the site and not indicated, necessitating a call to the admin office. Overall this property was inconvenient to live in, badly thought out and poorly located. It cannot be recommended.

Recommended for family with kids.

Accomodation was very comfortable even for family with 2 small kids (4yo, 6mo). Althrough there are many appartments together, we still had enough privacy feeling. We also appreciated there was pool and private access to the beach, and water was warm enough even for late September. We also appreciated that there were beautiful olive trees everywhere, and the whole place had the sence of peace and calm, which was very relaxing.

One of the rooms was accessible by stairs only (3/4 stairs), which was very uncomfortable at night time. Also wifi signal wasn't strong enough in our appartment 143, so wifi was literally useless. Also parking slot for our appartment wasn't roomy enough, there was a tree next to it, so my family had to leave the car and I had to park just next to it so only I could leave the car.

It still remains a pleasant and value-for-money option to stay close to Garda

The pool is delightful. Lovely shade from the olive trees that surround it. Nice and close to the lake and just far enough away from the town to be nice and quiet.

The kitchen really needs improving. Basically no counter space to do the prep etc. No kettle and no toaster. We had two days without any hot water and then one and a half days when the air-conditioning didn't turn on - quite suspiciously, it switched itself back on at the time of check-out on our last day!! The check-in process is still inconvenient even though the key pick-up has moved from Bardolino to Garda - it's a fair walk in the heat just to pick up the key!

Nice apartment

The pool was a nice refreshment after a day around, the airco kept the apartment cool in these crazy warm days , and it was nice to have a view of the lake. The mattresses were not too soft and not too hard.

Very good

The appartement is located 5 min walk from the lake and 15 min walk from the centre of Garda so it is a quiet location but close to the town. Small grocery store located only 2 min of walk. I think the location is just perfect. There are around 40 apartements in the resort but there is reasonable distance between them. The pool was great. The appartement has plenty of wardrobes and looks more less as in the pictures. It is not new, nor luxurios but is very clean and convinient to enjoy your holiday.

Stupid rules at the pool (no balls playing, no use of inflatable toys), as we were traveling with the kids. Fortunatelly nobody fillowed the rules so we enjoyed in the end. But should there be anyone requiring the rules to be kept it would be disasterous for the kids.

very basic, no iron, no hairdryer. We had to pay an extra €70 for bed linen and then put it on ourselves. very poor value for money. We then had to collect the key from a different part of the town nowhere near the property which was very inconvenient.

Lake Garda scenery restaurants excellent.

No towels or sheets had to phone for them we eventually got towels but no sheets. No hot water in the morning bug's in bedroom ants in bathroom. Huge hill to climb to get to the apartment and beach. We where never told and we are in our seventies. Shower never worked properly. Local restaurant and swimming pool up another big hill so we couldn't avail of it.

Ideal location: calm and quite but close to the town. Airconditioning was a well needed refreshment. Very nice pool. Child friendly.

Very basic kitchen and supplies: no dishwasher, no washing machine, very limited cutlery, no wine glasses, no cleaning materials, no cleaning supplies. The beds were uncomfortable (too short, 2 single beds instead of one large). The bathroom is rather outdated and could use an upgrade.

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub mit kleinen Abzügen.

Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und die Anlage hat eine tolle Lage. Dass manche sich über die Straße beschweren verstehe ich nicht, es ist am Gardasee nunmal so! Dafür hat man einen eigenen Zugang zum Strand und dort auch eine nette Bar. Der Pool ist super, die Ausstattung völlig ausreichend und man läuft schön am Strand entlang, wenn man abends noch in den Ort gehen möchte. Wir fanden unseren Aufenthalt toll! Super fanden wir, dass wir bei der frühen Ankunft noch an der anderen Unterkunft den Pool mitbenutzen durften! Vielen Dank dafür!

Das Einzige, was wir bemängeln, ist die Hellhörigkeit der Unterkunft. Wir hatten, obwohl die Appartements bei weitem nicht ausgebucht waren, leider jemanden über uns und man hörte jeden Schritt. Besonders das „Stühlerücken“ war wirklich sehr laut. Hier hätten wir den Vorschlag, das einfache Stuhlgleiter das Problem vielleicht etwas mindern könnten! Außerdem sind Mückengitter an den Fenstern ein weiterer Verbesserungsvorschlag. Ansonsten muss man sagen, dass sich das Personal Mühe gibt, das Appartement liebevoll mit Kleinigkeiten verschönert und wir eine schöne Zeit hatten.

Schön gelegene Appartements für einen Aufenthalt in Garda.

Die Lage der Appartements ist ideal durch den direkten Zugang zum öffentlichen Strand. Schöner Freisitz vor dem Haus und schönder Pool. Es gab einen Brötchenservice zu fairem Preis.

Die Ausstattung und Möblierung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte ansprechender gestaltet werden. Fliegengitter an den Fenstern wären von Vorteil.

Tolle, ruhige Lage trotz Nähe zur Straße

Die Lage ist perfekt. Man erreicht Garda zu Fuß in 15 Minuten. Der private Zugang zum Strand ist ebenso von großem Vorteil. Den kurzen, steilen Berg nimmt man gerne in Kauf.

Blisko do jeziora, do centrum miasta ok 1 km, ale dojście promenadą wzdłuż jeziora przyjemne. Ładny i zadbany ośrodek, cicho i spokojnie. Duży i dość głęboki basen, można popływać.

Lokalizacja trochę słaba, do jeziora dojście wzdłuż bardzo ruchliwej ulicy, ale nie daleko. Widok na jezioro zasłonięty przez domy stojące niżej. Ci, co mieli więcej szczęścia mieli apartamenty na piętrze lub w lepiej usytuowanym domu.

Die Ausstattung war ausreichend für uns. Die Räume waren klimatisiert. Der private Zugang zum Gardasee.

Die „Terrasse“ war sehr klein. Das Appartement war eins der letzten, deshalb sehr lange Wege zum Pool und Mülltonnen.

Urlaub am Gardasee ja aber nie wieder in diesem Appartement Pratone!

Die Bilder bei Booking entsprechen nicht denen des Appartements. Es wird mit Bildern vermarktet, welche zu dem großen Appartement gehören. Völlig zugestellt, wenn man Nachts aufs WC wollte ist man über die Schlafcouch gestürzt, welche gleich am Küchentisch angrenzte. Der Küchentisch für dieses kleine Appartement viel zu groß und somit stand er in der Schlafzimmertür. An sich total abgewohnt. Wären die originalen Bilder auf der Plattform bei Booking gewesen,hätten wir dieses niemals gebucht. Vom Betreiber keine Einsicht und von Booking im Stich gelassen…. Erst nach 8 Tagen wurde versucht irgendwas zu regeln…. Und 10 Nächte hatten wir gebucht. Im Endeffekt wurde uns auf keinste Weise irgendwie entgegen gekommen. Es ist Betrug das mit völlig anderen Bildern geworben wird.
