- powerful air conditioner - cools down rooms quickly and relatively quiet - communication with host - quick response time and fast to resolve issues (e.g. kitchen knives were broken and were quickly replaced)
- the ground floor has two apartments just separated by a door between the two living rooms(!). this was not clear from the photos (and listing information - probably should have spent more time reading the reviews though) on booking.com when we booked the place, because otherwise we would not have. now there are more photos on booking.com which give at least visual clues, what of course can only be learned from experience is that you can hear every word from the adjacent apartment. Our neighbours were very quiet, but we were there with small kids so i am not sure they had the same experience - very uncomfortable pillows and the mattress of the couch (#B2 apartment) is a pain - motion dector turning on light automatically in the corridor makes no sense and is absolutely annoying if you go to the bathroom at night

very good apartment and location is even better, honestly you would feel you own the place.
I like the details of the design for the apartment, it was big enough with doors made out of glass to outside which make it even look new classic design.
there were a lot bugs in the apartment but however immediate response to bring the clean company, and the Jacuzzi was not warm enough as it is already pre-set temperature. i wish also the reception is inside the apartment but the response via Whatsup was also ok.

Definitely not worth the price!
Well, in an apartment at a rate of almost 200 EUR per night there should be actually not a dirty coffee machine that was obviously not cleaned after the last guests nor should there be a dirty freezer with yellowish thick ice layers nor dark long hair in the fridge. The bed and pillows were quite uncomfortable but okay, that is very subjective. Also how the heck can you install a motion detector right in front of the bedroom door so that the light turns on every time you open the door? Brilliant idea of course if you want to wake your better half up at night every time if going to the bathroom... Also we had to unplug the water heater most nights as the noise was so annoying through the whole night. And the walls are so thin that you can hear and understand EVERY word your neighbors are speaking... Really not a relaxing stay at all.
