Residenza Olivo

Perfect for our family of four.

We stayed in the “Trilo Top” apartment which sleeps up to 6 (2 bedrooms and a double sofa bed). The apartments have fridge (and small freezer), hob, microwave (that is also an oven too), dishwasher etc. They are very modern and clean! There is a welcome pack with a bottle of water, coffee pods, small washing up liquid, cloth, sponge and tea towel too. It has (covered) parking and an unheated (which we loved in last weeks heat!) pool. There is also a gym and launderette. It was a 10-12 minute walk for us with two boys (8 and 11) down to Garda town. We normally stay in villas, but this worked perfectly for us for a week. I was also worried as their check in times were 4pm-7pm and our flight didn’t land into Milan until 9.40pm so wouldn’t arrive until around 1am. I emailed them before booking and they said call up the day before and they will sort it out. True to their word, I called up and they WhatsApp’d me a link to check in and arranged for the keys and a map to be available when we arrived at 1am (it was stress free!). Would highly recommend looking at them if you’re trying to find a base.

We stayed at Olivo for 4 nights and loved the apartments. Clean and well equipped, it was great to have a dishwasher and coffee machine. Beds were comfy and outdoor space (balcony) was huge! We loved the pool.

The 2 bedroom top floor apartment was spotlessly clean throughout. Kitchen had all the utensils you need but could do with some larger glasses. Beds were very comfortable but 2nd bedroom beds are quite narrow. Lovely big balcony with moveable shades, drying rack ,table and chairs and deck chairs plus a good view. Pool area was very clean with plenty of beds. Parking was excellent. Easy walk into town of about 10 to 15 mins. The only downside is that the road outside can be a bit noisy if sat on the balcony on top floor - the apartment is soundproof so once doors closed there ìs no noise. Overall it's a fantastic place and we would return again
