About this apartment rental

In a residential and panoramic area, Casa Krissi is a bright and spacious apartment with lake view, sleeps 4, set in a residence with pool and garden. Carport reserved for guests. Excellent starting point for walks, hikes, mountain bike trails. The apartment is equipped with every comfort, ideal for a relaxing holiday.
Just a 15-minute walk from the center of Garda, Casa Krissi is housed in a charming residence with swimming pool, solarium and garden. The apartment is on two floors, on the first floor we find entrance, living room, kitchen with granite top and fully equipped, complete with oven, dishwasher, microwave, Lavazza coffee machine with capsules, toaster, kettle, German coffee machine, mixer. The terrace overlooking the beautiful hills of Garda, the first bathroom with tub and closet with washing machine, ironing board and iron.
Through an elegant marble staircase leads to the attic floor where we find the double bedroom in lake view, the second bedroom and the second bathroom with shower. Bed linen and towels are available for guests. The apartment has a private parking space and free WiFi.
Guests can access the communal garden and the pool where they can have three sun loungers and a deckchair with umbrella for exclusive use, ideal place to read a good book, sunbathe and relax. Access to the house and the pool is allowed only for guests.
Upon arrival I will be happy to welcome you to give you the keys and I will be available for any information during your stay. In the apartment you will find brochures and directions to better organize your holiday.
Free shuttle to the center of Garda a few meters from the apartment. Ample public parking available in front of the residence. Gardacqua Welness & Spa at 100mt. with tennis courts, indoor and outdoor pool, sauna and gym.

Well equipped 2 bed/2 bath property about 20/25 mins walk into Garda. Shuttle bus (free)also stops outside property which is lovely & clean. Gorgeous pool. Cristina couldn't have been more helpful. Met us on arrival although we were very late.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung von Cristina. Es war alles sehr sauber und egal, was wir brauchten, Cristina war immer für uns erreichbar. Der private Pool der Anlage und der kühle Tiefgaragenparkplatz, waren ebenfalls super ;-)

Wir haben hier Ende August zwei schöne Urlaubswochen verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und wir haben sie genau so wie beschrieben vorgefunden. Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Sogar Seife, Mülltüten, Spülmaschinentabs, Adapter für die Steckdosen usw. liegen bereit. Durch die Klimaanlage und die Fensterläden ist es in der Wohnung immer angenehm kühl. Cristina ist eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Sie erkundigt sich ab und zu, ob alles in Ordnung ist und über WhatsApp ist sie jederzeit erreichbar. Auch wenn die Wohnanlage an der Straße liegt, hört man die Autos kaum. Auf der Poolseite ist vom Verkehr sogar gar nichts zu hören. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr ruhig. Den Pool hatten wir oft für uns alleine, weil viele Wohnungen als Zweit- oder Wochenendwohnung genutzt werden. Der Tiefgaragenstellplatz bietet auch Platz für Fahrräder. Sollte das Auto für die Tiefgarage ein wenig zu lang sein, findet man auch vor dem Haus oder auf der anderen Straßenseite immer einen Parkplatz. Die Wohnanlage liegt am Hang, sodass man mit den Fahrrädern bequem in ca. 10 min ins Zentrum nach Garda herunterrollen kann. Nur die Rückfahrt ist dann etwas anstrengend, aber unsere Kinder, 11 und 13, haben das ganz gut hinbekommen. Der Bäcker und ein Einkaufszentrum sind in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Garda ist ein sehr hübscher Ort mit einer schönen Promenade. Mit dem Fahrrad kann man einige Kilometer in südliche Richtung entlang des Sees fahren. Hier findet man auch das ein oder andere Fleckchen zum Baden. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Ganz tolle Ferienwohnung mit super herzlicher Vermieterin! Wir haben uns gleich wie Zuhause gefühlt. Alles prima und so wie beschrieben. Sehr sauber! Wir kommen wieder. 😊
