Der Kontakt mit der Verwaltung verlief über WhatsApp und auch persönlich sehr gut, stets hilfsbereit und schnell verfügbar. Einfach vorbildlich. Die Anlage selbst mit Pool und separatem Parkplatz ist toll und die Lage zur Stadt optimal. Die Parkplätze sind mit Solarpaneelen überdacht und jede Wohnung verfügt über eine eigene Wätmepumpe. Die Wohnung selbst ist neu und sehr komfortabel ausgestattet. Neben einer modernen Küche gibt es dort zwei Balkone (einmal an den Schlafzimmern und ein großer Balkon am Wohnbereich zum Pool). Die Betten waren relativ hart, für mich selbst aber optimal. Ausreichend Platz war auch in den Zimmern. Es ist für Mülltrennung gesorgt, wenn diese auch für uns ungewohnt war (Abholung von Sammelstellen an der Straße)

Es haben uns Haken im Badezimmer und eine Garderobe gefehlt.

Sehr schöne Lage zur Stadt, schnell zu Fuß unten am Wasser, gleich um die Ecke Spielplatz und Skaterbahn. Sehr schönes Appartement, Poolanlage als auch Parkplatz. Alles sehr durchdacht und jederzeit Kontakt zur Vermietung möglich, alles sehr unkompliziert. Es war wirklich ein sehr schöner Urlaub dort!

Ein paar mehr Gläser und vor allem Handtuchhaken fehlten.

The communication before our stay was good and check in was very smooth and instructions clear. The apartment itself was really well located about 15 minutes walk from the lake. The apartment was clean and the rooms were a good size, and they were well stocked in terms of kitchen stuff, spare blankets, pillows etc. overall a nice apartment and the pool was great and quiet for most of our stay.

There were a few minor negatives for us. Having to carry your own sun lounger down to the pool and back each day was a pain (especially given we were on the first floor) - also the pool had no shade and no umbrellas. The other thing was the air con. The air con worked well but it ran off a thermostat which meant it went on and off through the night to maintain the temperature. This wouldn't be an issue but it was quite noisy when it turned off and on and the temperature would flash brightly each time. As a light sleeper I did find this disturbed my sleep most nights. If there was a way to keep the air con switched on at a consistent temperature that would have been preferable. These things didn't ruin the stay at all, we still had a great time and the apartment suited us well.
