Sehr schöne Lage zur Stadt, schnell zu Fuß unten am Wasser, gleich um die Ecke Spielplatz und Skaterbahn. Sehr schönes Appartement, Poolanlage als auch Parkplatz. Alles sehr durchdacht und jederzeit Kontakt zur Vermietung möglich, alles sehr unkompliziert. Es war wirklich ein sehr schöner Urlaub dort!

Ein paar mehr Gläser und vor allem Handtuchhaken fehlten.

The communication before our stay was good and check in was very smooth and instructions clear. The apartment itself was really well located about 15 minutes walk from the lake. The apartment was clean and the rooms were a good size, and they were well stocked in terms of kitchen stuff, spare blankets, pillows etc. overall a nice apartment and the pool was great and quiet for most of our stay.

There were a few minor negatives for us. Having to carry your own sun lounger down to the pool and back each day was a pain (especially given we were on the first floor) - also the pool had no shade and no umbrellas. The other thing was the air con. The air con worked well but it ran off a thermostat which meant it went on and off through the night to maintain the temperature. This wouldn't be an issue but it was quite noisy when it turned off and on and the temperature would flash brightly each time. As a light sleeper I did find this disturbed my sleep most nights. If there was a way to keep the air con switched on at a consistent temperature that would have been preferable. These things didn't ruin the stay at all, we still had a great time and the apartment suited us well.

Children’s beds were on wheels which made it noisy and uncomfortable for them. The pool rules seemed excessive such as certain times you were not to use it in middle of day, not allowed to drink anything near pool (understand if they banned glass drinks), no pool toys, balls and you have to take a sun bed there each time. One family had taken some drinks down which meant we all then got a WhatsApp to remind us of pool rules the following day. It just felt like the fun was being taken out of it all. The pool was lovely though There is no air con in main bedroom it was in hall which meant we had to have door open all night. In addition to that there was four bins which required a daily put out. This would be fine but there was an expectation from the apartment that we must buy all the separate bags for each size. This could have been provided.
