A lovely apartment to stay in

WE didn't have a car but the property has very good parking. It was a short walk from the town centre, and the best rated local supermarket was also just over 5 minutes walk away. We didn't use the pool facility but the property had an excellent balcony with table chairs and sun loungers that we used.

Excellent apartment - spacious and clean with a nice swimming pool. The complex is mostly residential so is quiet and the pool was never crowded. The location was excellent - we walked do the town centre everyday with 2 kids (8 and 5). Being there in August where everywhere was very busy, we enjoyed the quiet and calm of the apartment complex. There was good secure parking which was allocated. We found Garda to be perfectly placed for visiting all around the lake.

There are rules around the swimming pool, it’s only useable 9am-1pm and 3pm-7pm

Great holiday in Lake Garda largely due to great accommodation in a great place.

Clean, well maintained and equipped apartment and pool in a great location for Garda and the surrounding areas. We only had one request of the hosts and they dealt with it quickly and easily. They communicated well and checked in from time to time to make sure everything was ok. We used an airport transfer to get to the apartment and then used public transport to get around Lake Garda using the buses and ferries. The bus station is only a short walk from the apartment, as are many small supermarkets. One day we took the bus to Verona to catch the high speed train to Venice for the day. On the way back we stayed on the train to Peschiera for a shorter bus ride back to the apartment. Movieland, Aqualand and Gardaland are also a short bus ride away. We hired bikes from a nearby bike rental shop for a day as there are great cycle paths down to Bardolino with many pebble beaches along the way. In the second week we hired a car to travel further afield and the dedicated and secure parking space was ideal, kept in the shade by the solar cover above.

These aren't negatives, more points to note for future residents of the apartment. I'd advise going to the local store on arrival and buying essentials such as additional toilet rolls, dishwasher tablets, cooking oil kitchen roll and washing up liquid. We left some behind in case it is kept for future guests but I don't think it is. The pool is only for use between certain times 9-1 and 3-7. If you use it out with these times you may upset the neighbours. These times generally worked out fine for our family and the girls loved the pool. You may sometimes get back to the apartment and find the bins from the balcony in the neighbours garden if the wind picks up. This happened a few times, especially just before a thunderstorm. Best trying to put these under a chair.

Pool was nice, the room was comfortable and the location was great — an easy walk into town.

The pool was only open certain hours and the ac is weird — after taking a shower it heats up the apartment while the hot water recharges.

Fantastic week in a superb apartment.

Superb apartment with access to a lovely pool. Really clean, comfortable and well appointed apartment. Nice outdoor space, both by the pool and large balcony. Quiet location but short walk to restaurants, town and the lake. Eva and Francesca were exceptionally helpful and communicated quickly and regularly. Loved our stay.

Absolutely magnificent apartment - quiet, beautiful view, 5-8 min walk to the town centre, safe comfy parking. Everything was perfect in every bit.

Seamless check-in without any hassle. The property looked the same as on pictures, was very close to the city centre (around 15 mins walking distance).

I'd only add paper towels for the kitchen since there was nothing to wipe the table, countertops, etc.

We were on a family vacation. The apartment is large and the complex has parking. The place is quiet, very clean and close to all the attraction parks. There is a large and clean pool. The apartment has all the facilities such as a refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher and dishes. It is highly recommended!

We had an enjoyable stay and would certainly consider booking this apartment again.

New (2021) development of mixed owner occupied/rental apartments. Well maintained and secure with allocated parking space and good pool. Apartment had two good sized bedrooms, one with twin beds, one with a double bed (not clear from the booking website description). It had a common bathroom, a kitchen/lounge area, and a shaded balcony with tables + chairs. Quiet location about 10-15 min walk from Garda lake side and 3-400M walk to supermarket. Booking agents regularly on-site and helpful, providing a second set of keys when requested.

Overall it was great and I'd come back anytime!

Location was quiet with beautiful scenery, 10minutes from the city center. Pool was clean and kid friendly. Terrace and yard was excellent! Convenient parking and check-in.

I wish there was hand soap, shower soap & shampoo, dish soap, salt, possibly coffee. As a tourist I don't want to worry about bringing these necessary stuff with me, it'd be super convenient to have it on hand.

Exceptionally clean, well maintained, location is 5 minutes from the lake. The apartment could easily fit 6 people, super comfortable for 4 in our case.

Nice modern apartment

Very nice modern apartment. Powerful shower, large double bed, nice kitchen/lounge area. We had a nice patio area to sit outside (despite not paying extra for a balcony). Peaceful location with views of the hills. Good heating system which was important for the evenings (we stayed in April). About a 10 min walk from the apartment to the bus station, and about 15 minute walk from apartment to the lakeside.

Just a few minor things that it would be good to sort for future stays: the apartment was lacking some basic supplies that I would have expected (handwash, washing up liquid/brush); a couple of times the hot water ran cold at the end of a shower; there’s only one mirror in the whole apartment so adding another mirror in one of the bedrooms would be useful.

Tolles Apartment in Garda

Die Anlage ist sehr schön und gepflegt und liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend nahe Zentrum von Garda. Man läuft etwa 20 Minuten, auch zum Strand. Die Aussicht auf den Rocca di Garda vom Apartment war sehr schön. Der Pool ist toll und groß genug, auch für ältere Kinder. Das Apartment war grds gut ausgestattet und auch ansprechend eingerichtet. Der Kontakt zur Vermietungsagentur läuft super schnell, freundlich und unkompliziert über WhatsApp.

Es fehlen Garderobenhaken und evtl. so etwas wie ein Schuhregal. Da es keinen Flur gibt, standen die Schuhe von 4 Personen immer etwas chaotisch im Wohnraum.

Sehr gute Ausstattung, modern, sauber, ausreichend Platz! Schöner Pool, überdachter Parkplatz!!! Toller Balkon zum Pool raus mit elektrischer Markise. Kaum befahrene Nebenstraße, also schon ruhig und trotzdem stadtnah.

Keine Schattenplätze am Pool. Das Müllkonzept ist etwas aufwendig mit den verschiedenen Abholzeiten.

Die Ausstattung, die Lage zur Innenstadt/See/Supermarkt und die neue saubere Wohnung waren perfekt. Schöne Weingläser, neue Liegen, schöner großer Garten, neues Bad - alles perfekt!

Tolle Anlage nur 10 Minuten fussläufig vom Ufer entfernt. Das Appartement bietet viel Komfort und ist toll ausgestattet. Die Lage ist ruhig und der große Pool ist gepflegt.

Das soll den Gesamteindruck nicht schmälern. Einzige Anregungen oder Punkte sind: WLAN ist etwas schwach Kein deutsches Fernsehen Ein kleiner Tisch zwischen Couch und TV wäre cool
