Für unseren Nutzen haben wir uns mit den Mängeln arrangiert.
Die Wohnung war sauber und von der Lage ideal gelegen, 10 Fußminuten zum See und der Innenstadt von Garda.
Die Wohnung war bei Ankunft völlig überheizt und wir mussten erst mal alle Fenster aufreißen. Wir haben dann festgestellt, dass die Heizkörper in allen Zimmern nicht abzudrehen, geschweige denn regelbar sind. Sie liefen auch in der Nacht auf Hochtouren, so dass wir mit offenen Fenstern schlafen mussten. Wir haben dann im Büro/Rezeption Bescheid gegeben, so dass die Heizung etwas reguliert wurde, was sich jedoch auf die gesamte Wohnung auswirkte und es in der Wohnküche beim Essen nur mit zusätzlicher Jacke auszuhalten war. In der heutigen Zeit ist solche technische Ausstattung absolut indiskutabel. Weiterhin war das Warmwasser auf max. 30/35 Grad eingestellt. Wir hätten nach dem letzten Legionellentest fragen sollen. Auch der Wasserdruck in der Dusche war so schlecht, dass meine Freundin keine Haare waschen konnte. Den Fernseher mussten wir reklamieren, damit der Empfang eingestellt wurde. Ich hatte bei Buchung mitgeteilt, dass ein Parkplatz Bedingung ist, der mir bei der Buchung auch bestätigt wurde. Bei Ankunft wurde mir untersagt, diesen zu nutzen.
