Everything was super-clean and Stefano very helpful. The house is close to the garda Shuttle bus for (free) journeys to and from the centre (but it does stop at 1900 and there are few local taxis). Supermarkets are in walking distance and everyone is very friendly. The beds are comfortable and the facilities excellent. The house is 3 storeys with a terrazo for sitting out and enjoying the views. We enjoyed our stay and are happy to recommend it.

Wonderful space for two couples, very private. Son and fiance had entire 2nd floor to themselve with lovely outdoor space. Several restuarants within a 5 minute walk. Quiet area and only 10-15 minute easy walk to town and the lake on foot path. Free shuttle to town just down the road. Neighbors were very kind and friendly.

We are a family of four - two adults and two children - and this propert ywas absolutely perfect for our holiday in Garda. It is a generously proportioned house and the photos don't really do it it justice. The place was spotlessly clean and as well as having everything we needed it was also very tastefully decorated. Holiday lets can often lack home comforts and character, but that is not the case with Stefano's place. The accommodation is well spread out over three floors, with two en-suite bedrooms and a kitchen stocked with plenty of crockery, cups, glasses and utensils. The rooftop terrace is lovely and offers terrific views over the surrounding conutryside and the lake. Communication with Stefano before and during our stay was staightforward and stress free. As others have mentioned, it's a bit of a walk down to the lake front (there was a heatwave while we were there and walk back up the hill was slightly challenging in the midday heat) but you soon get used to it. A couple of minutes walk from the house is a restaurant called Hostaria La Cross which is excellent and we would certainly recommend.

The house is perfect for up to 4 but would also work for 6 with two bedrooms with seperate bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen and a very nice roof top terrace with a view of the lake. The house is suituated on a very quiet small road. It is approx. a 15-20min walk to the lake, so might be good to bring a bike. Check in with Stefano was very quick and easy.

My wife and I spent a week at Stefano’s beautiful apartment in Garda. We found the property easily on our GPS after driving past it (it’s a small road which is more easily approached from the Lake side of the road if you have a large vehicle but again it was easy to find. Waiting for us on the table was two bottles of wine made by Stefano which was a lovely gift. The apartment was just perfect. There is a kitchen, living room and half bath with laundry on the first floor. We used the provided drying rack to dry our clothes since there was no dryer but it wasn’t an issue at all. The kitchen was extremely well equipped with all the necessary utensils, pans and plates needed to cook up a very nice meal. There was a toaster, kettle and nespresso machine (with Pods provided by Stefano!). The next level had a bedroom and full bathroom which were spotless and we had all the towels we needed. The third floor had another bed, bath and patio with an amazing view over lake Garda. The showers were awesome with power shower heads (handheld and waterfall heads) with awesome water pressure. The apartment is also equipped with AC units which came in handy for the warm weather we enjoyed for our Garda vacation. We also had a visitor each morning in the form of a ginger cat that met us at the door when my wife and I went for a walk in the morning. She was a very welcome visitor which helped us get over missing our own furry kids! The locations was handy for our walks every morning. We walked for two hours as the sun came up over Garda and the biker riders were still in their beds so we had the lakefront walk way to ourselves. It was a great stay and we look forward to going back!

We had a great week at Stefano's house. The house itself is pretty perfect, with aircon on every floor. Much more room than we had thought! The rooms and bathrooms were lovely (so much so we took pictures of the taps and sinks as we liked them so much!). Also had great views from the balcony (practical as well for hanging out washing). The house had everything we could need and Stefano was a very helpful and communicative host so couldn't be better! He also very kindly gave us a couple of bottles of wine made locally, which was wonderful. The walk to the town is more than doable (15mn or so) although a bit tough in the high heat of the day with small children but we learned not to be out and about at that time (by foot anyway). The restaurant at the end of the road is really good which was great to have on our doorstep. House is fully accessible by car, the lane leading to it feels a bit narrow but you soon learn to negotiate it. All in all, great stay, absolutely delighted with the house. I would absolutely recommend!

The house was in absolute perfect condition and it looked even better than in the pictures. Our host was very friendly and responded quickly whenever we had questions. The house is located about 10 minutes walk from Garda where you will find shops, restaurants and places to swim in the lake. It is also fairly close to places like Monte Baldo and Siriminone.

The pictures posted here had us looking forward to our trip to Garda, but the house is even better in person. Each of the bedrooms has a double bed and an additional single bed, so the accommodation is suitable for four to six people. The layout is also nice, with the living room and kitchen on the ground floor, a bed and bath on the first level and the master bed and bath with the entrance to the terrace on the top level. The entire house has been renovated at a very high standard and everything was so clean and tidy. I can also honestly say that Stefano is absolutely the nicest person we have ever rented a home from. The house is at the end of a narrow street (still accessible by car though) with beautiful views from the upper levels of the surrounding countryside and the lake, too. It is a roughly fifteen minute walk to town, which was great for us- our kids are 7,10 and 11 yrs old and were fine with the walk, too. I can and will be recommending the property to friends and family planning stays in the area and look forward to returning ourselves oneday!

Das Ferienhaus liegt als saniertes und geschmackvoll ausgestattetes Reihenhaus am Ende einer Sackgassen Zufahrt. Es ist absolut ruhig, sodass man bei offenem Fenster schlafen kann ohne Straßenlärm zu hören. Das Zentrum/Seepromenade ist ohne Probleme Fußläufig zurreichen. Die Wohnung ist modern und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, es gibt Klimaanlagen und Fußbodenheizung. Wir waren mit einem Hund im Urlaub und haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohl gefühlt. Die Übergabe der Schlüssel und die Einweisung in die Technik durch den Vermieter war unkompliziert und problemlos, für Nachfragen wäre er telefonisch erreichbar gewesen. Wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder mieten.

Die Wohnung ist sehr hochwertig ausgestattet. Betten sehr bequem. Badezimmer komfortabel. Super sauber bis in die kleinste Ecke. Es fehlte uns ein Liegestuhl auf der Dachterrasse zum erholen und im Wohnraum noch ein gemütlicher Sessel. Ein Sofa ist etwas wenig für 6 Personen.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dem modern eingerichteten, sehr sauberen, schönen und gut gelegenen Haus wirklich genossen! Besonders der Dachgarten mit der weiten Sicht auf Felder, Hügel, Olivenbäume, vereinzelte Häuser und den See hat es uns angetan. Die Klimaanlage in allen Wohn- und Schlafräumen war sehr angenehm. Parkplatzprobleme gab es übrigens in keiner Weise! Alles in allem: Ohne jegliche Abstriche weiter zu empfehlen.

Sehr schönes Haus. Erdgeschoß mit Eß-/Wohnbereich, Küche und extra Raum mit WC, Waschmaschine und Waschbecken. 2 Schlafzimmer jeweils mit 1 Bad auf 2 Stockwerke verteilt. Balkon direkt am Bach mit Sicht auf See. Strand und Altstadt mit Shuttlebuse, die frei sind, gut zu erreichen. Zu Fuß geht es leicht bergauf, jedoch ebenfalls nach 15 bis 20 Minuten gut zu erreichen. Insgesamt sehr gute Unterkunft.

Das Ferienhaus liegt in einer kleinen Seitenstraße, hierdurch ist sehr ruhig und dennoch zentral, den Weg hinunter nach Garda an den See kann man selbst mit Kindern gut zu Fuß zurücklegen. Garda selbst liegt für Ausflüge am Gardasee sehr gut. Das Ferienhaus ist hochwertig und praktikabel eingerichtet und ausgestattet und war zudem sehr sauber. Die Betten sind sehr gut/bequem, sogar ein Kinderbett war vorhanden. Die Beschreibung verspricht nicht zuviel. Insgesamt können wir das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und werden bestimmt auch selber wiederkommen.

Wir haben unseren Sommerurlaub gemeinsam mit einem befreundeten Päarchen und unserem Hund (Labrador) in dem sauberen und perfekt ausgestatteten Haus von Stefano verbracht. Zur Begrüßung gabe es 2 Flaschen Wein. Stefano selbst hat uns Alles gezeigt und uns die 2 Schlüssel mit den besten Wünschen für einen angenehmen und erholsamen Urlaub überlassen. Seine Eltern und Großeltern wohnen im Haus nebenan. Eine ganz liebe und herzliche Familie. Ausstattung: Jede der 3 Etagen ist mit einem Klimagerät ausgestattet. Die untere Etage (Wohn, Ess, Kochbereich) verfügt zusätzlich über eine kleine Waschküche mit Toilette und Waschbecken. Ergeschoß: Ein gemütlicher Wohn-Essbereich mit halboffener Küche ist der erste Blickfang beim Betreten der Ferienwohnung. Der Esstisch bietet genügend Platz für 4 Personen und kann bei Bedarf ausgezogen werden. Die Küche ist TOP ausgestattet. Alle Einbaugeräte sind von "Neff" (Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank, Mikrowelle, Backofen, Gaskochfeld) Die Anordnung ist durchdacht. Alles was man zum Frühstücken und Kochen benötigt ist vorhanden. Sollte das Wetter mal nicht mitspielen kann man sich getrost auf der gemütlichen Ledercouch niederlassen und bei Bedarf deutsches Satelittenfernsehen auf einem großen Flatscreen genießen. Zusätzlich steht noch ein DVD-Player zur Verfügung. 1. Etage: Hier befindet sich ein großzügiges Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett und einem Einzelbett. Das komfortabel eingerichtete Badezimmer mit Dusche, WC und Bidet ist direkt gegenüber. 2. Etage: Auch hier befindet sich ein großzügiges Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett und einem Einzelbett. Das komfortabel eingerichtete Badezimmer mit Dusche, WC und Bidet ist direkt ans Schlafzimmer angeschlossen.Zusätzlich hat man hier noch einen kleinen Balkon der zum gemütlichen Zusamensein am Abend einläd. Lage: Das Haus findet man am Ende einer kleinen Seitenstraße. Obwohl die Hauptstraße ca. 200m vom Haus entfernt verläuft hört man NICHTS davon und mit NICHTS meine ich auch NICHTS. Zu Fuß benötigt man ungefähr 15 Minuten bis zur Promenade. Wenn man mal keine Lust hat zu kochen oder nicht zur Promenade laufen/fahren möchte, so kann ich die Pizzeria des Hotel Italia (direkt gegenüber) nur empfehlen. Das Essen dort ist sehr lecker und es ist auch möglich das Essen mitzunehmen. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank Stefano

Das Ferienhaus war sehr schön, Stefano war sehr nett. Wir haben zur Begrüßung und zur Verabschiedung zwei Flaschen Wein geschenkt bekommen und Tickets für ein Konzert am Monte Baldo. Wir hatten sehr schöne Ferien in Garda und können das Haus nur weiter empfehlen. Es ist in Wirklichkeit noch schöner als auf den Bildern! Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet, es ist alles da, was man braucht, von der Espressomaschine über Mikrowelle etc., Klimaanlage in allen drei Etagen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen!!! Stefano und seine Familie waren sehr freundlich.

Wir reisten mit 2 erwachsenen und 3 Kindern an. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen. Wie schon in einer anderen Bewertung geschrieben, gab es als Begrüßungsgeschenk zwei Flaschen Wein. Das Haus ist sehr schön und modern (wie auf den Photos). Die Terrasse hat einen wunderschönen Ausblick. Es gibt im ganzen Haus eine Klimaanlage-das war sehr angenehm, da wir mind 37 Grad hatten. Die Eltern von Steffano wohnen nebenan- auch die sind sehr nett. Die Lage ist auch perfekt-nicht so dicht am Touristenkern, aber trotzdem auch nicht weit entfernt. Als Fazit können wir nur sagen: das Haus lohnt sich auf jeden Fall 😀
