very nice apartment close to the center and at the same time far from the hustle and bustle of the city. located in a quiet housing estate in the very close vicinity of two swimming pools. a convenient starting point for trips to the promenade about 800m and to the top of Roca di Garda. apartment well equipped. the lady from the service nice and helpful despite the stressful day.

All was fine. Need to get use to a trash callendar. Nothing to complain ;)

noisy fridge where you have beds, generally to confirm time arrival only in period 1 hour.Arrival after 7pm extra paid 30 Euro, but it is in a condition of apartment.

Extremely disappointing.

layout was good. linen service was good.

Was promised but never got key to swimming pool. shower leaked. Air Con was very weak and noisy hence very hot. Ant infestation. Charged late fee despite keeping owner informed of flight delays. paid cash as requested but never got pool key or any information on bins or re-cycling.

Great apartment - good size and good facilities. 2 balconies! Air con worked very well! Well located, quiet but only a 10 minute walk from the lake front. We also had access to 2 pools which was lovely! Excellent value for money.

Lovely tidy apartement with balconies and views.

Lovely, clean, tidy, well-equipped apartment. Worked well for a family of 4 with one large double room, large single room (can be small double), and son happy to sleep in living space. Has aircon, washing machine, dishwasher and two useful balconies with great views. The communal pool was functional but clean and well kept. Not too busy. We found location great - near supermarket, 10 minutes walk into Garda, 15 mins to Lake.

The pool rules weren't very clear - and not clear if we had to follow them. E.g. swim hats, hours open.

Prepare 50% more money and prepare your nerves for the very unpleasant host, Lara.

Air condition doesn't work, and there is no nets on the windows so we had a million mosquitos and bugs. There was only one charger in the bedroom. They extra charge everything possible thing as sheets, towels, late check in (first we got a message that late check in is free, but on check in day they told us that it is an automatic message so we have to change our plans). They threatened us with extra charge, 50€ if we didn't separate and take out the trash (we got a calendar). When we refused, because it's impossible, they told it's just another automatic message. One day, the pool was locked without explanation. We had to urge several times to get the bill. Read the offer very carefully, from start to finish, we went from the first price of 420€ to the final price of 585€.

Size of the apartment was great and very good value for money. Easy to contact the host and very quick arrival to meet us.

The host could explain what all of the keys were for, as we didn't realise they were for the swimming pools.

Pleasant

We were asked to pay 105 euro for a cot for my baby. We obviously declined. Apartment is in a local residential area which is not clear when booking. The neighbor, who is resident there accused us of making to much noise when opening and closing the door! 🤔 Also complained we were making to much noise at night: we have a 7 month old baby... 🤫

Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet und sauber. Die 2 Pools waren sauber und nicht überfüllt. In 10 -15 Minuten war man am See. Die Kommunikation mit den Verwaltern war gut.

Unterkunft hat einen tollen Pool.

Das Appartement ist altmodisch. Die Betten unbequem und in einem Zimmer gibt es zwei Betten zum ausziehen. Sehr eng. Dies wäre nur was für Kinder. Im Bad läuft das Wasser raus beim Duschen, da die Duschwand das Wasser nicht aufhält. Die Armatur ist veraltet. Es kommen nur Tropfen von Wasser raus. Der Checkin ist nur in einem bestimmten Zeitfenster möglich und Bettwäsche und Handtücher mit Aufpreis. Das ist nicht kundenfreundlich. Die Reinigungspauschale von 60 Euro ist happig.

Wir kommen sicher wieder, es hat wunderbar gepasst und der Kontakt mit dem Personal hat auch wunderbar geklappt.

Die Wohnung war sauber und relativ großzügig, die Küche war sehr gut ausgerüstet. Der Pool war für unsere Kinder das Highlight.

Die Matratzen waren leider sehr weich, das war suboptimal. Im Wohnbereich wäre ein Ventilator schön gewesen.

Nicht empfehlenswert – irreführende Beschreibung und Zusatzkosten-Abzocke

Die Unterkunft war zwar sauber und groß genug, aber leider enden hier die positiven Aspekte.

Irreführende Poolbeschreibung: Es war ein "privater Pool" angekündigt – tatsächlich handelt es sich um einen Gemeinschaftspool für alle Gäste der Anlage. Er ist nur über einen separaten Zugang erreichbar, außerhalb des Grundstücks, und nur mit einem eigenen Schlüssel nutzbar. Das hat mit „privat“ nichts zu tun. Abzocke bei Bettwäsche und Handtüchern: Nach Buchung über Booking kam die Nachfrage, ob wir Bettwäsche und Handtücher brauchen – für Motorradreisende eine absurde Frage. Es wurde dann ausschließlich Barzahlung verlangt: 15 € pro Person, also 45 € insgesamt – ohne jegliche Quittung. Vor Ort waren aber nur ein Doppel- und ein Einzelbett aufgebettet, obwohl wir drei Männer und damit drei getrennte Betten waren. Für ein drittes Laken wollte man weitere 10 € in bar – also insgesamt 55 € für ein paar Textilien. Absolut unverhältnismäßig, intransparent und kundenunfreundlich. Fazit: Die Unterkunft selbst ist solide, aber die Kommunikation, die irreführende Poolbeschreibung und die intransparente Barzahlungspolitik machen das Gesamtpaket unseriös. Keine Empfehlung.

Apartment wyposażony w kuchenne gadżety, nawet klamerki, deska do prasowania i żelazko a w łazience tylko 1 rolka papieru toaletowego, brak mydla na umywalce, mini kosmetyków pod prysznic, reczniki I prześcieradła dodatkowo płatne 15 € za pojedyncze łóżko i 20 € za podwójne z 1 recznikiem. Jedno łóżko niby piętrowe w regale ale na wysokości 110 cm I zaraz nad nim około 50 cm szafki, absolutnie nie do przyjęcia. Słabo oceniam dziewczynę, która nas wprowadzała, Lara, przekazywala drugi apartament ale bardzo długo to trwało. Ponieważ jest daleko do miasta jest cicho. Zdecydowanie nie polecam

Garda Vorstadt - großzügig ausgestattet

Die Lage ist ein bisschen "far out" - Nach Garda rein sind es zu Fuß knappe 20 Minuten. Es ist in einer Gegend mit Appartmentblocks. Die Ausstattung des Apartments selbst ist insgesamt gut.

Sollte man Handtücher und Bettwäsche brauchen, fallen Zusatzgebühren an. Auch für den Hund. Die perfekt ausgestattete Küche vermisst eine Spülmaschine. Unangekündigter Besuch einer christlichen Sekte zu Ostern.
