Absolutely stunning

The apartment was well kitted out and spacious . Air con. Great WiFi. Towels, lots of kitchen stuff for cooking (oven microwave kettle fridge) and extras like tin foil, washing up liquid all provided. Easy to cook your own meals - large dining table as well , seating 6. We received a welcome gift of milk , biscuits, fruit, juice , it was a nice surprise. Flat had two rooms and two bathrooms, linked by internal door. Ideal for families where teenagers had their own room. There was TV and game consoles and dvd players in each room- we didn't use them but great that we could if wee wanted. Location incredible. 2 mins walk from an amazing lake beach, 8 mins walk from centre of Garda. The pool was fabulous with a brilliant restaurant next to it. Apartment had a roof terrace with views of the lake, fab for evening drink. Garda gorgeous, lots of cafes, restaurants bars shops etc. Lots to do. It was all really wonderful, can't say enough good things. Definitely going back.

Nothing, everything was great. Maybe one thing, it was an uphill walk to the pool which dome people might struggle with, but was only 5 mins walk .

From all our accommodations during our 4000km Italy trip was this one the best one 👍 Perfectly and very well equiped kitchen, excellent support of the owner and nice quiet area with garden in the huge complex including large roof terrrace, swimming pool, restaurant and tunnel leading directly to the Garda lake 👍 and in short distant from the promenade with tons of restaurants and old Garda city. I highly recommend it to others 👍

Very well equipped & perfectly clean apartment, 2 mins from the lake side. Very nice & helpful host. Parking is included in the same area. Pool is also in walking distance. Garda Centro can be reached by a 10 min walk.

Mauro was a superb host, super friendly, attentive and informative. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and had everything you could need during your stay. It was also in a great location, a short walk from the swimming pool, pebble beach and lots of restaurants/shops. Honestly could not fault Mauro or the apartment at all!

Very Clean. Very big. Very Nice pool but hard to get without car. Mauro was great. He let us check out an hour later, and use the pool after checkout. He is available all the time. There were welcome pack in the appartment. Parking near the elevator

Bed is not comfortable. Air condition makes noise. Wifi only at room and floor. Not in pool.

A perfect start to our Italian trip!

This is a perfect base for exploring Lake Garda. Ideal location as less than 10 mins walk along the beautiful promenade to Garda itself and the ferry stop, but also tucked away and quiet for peaceful evenings. Our apartment was spotlessly clean, very comfortable and extremely well equipped. A glass of wine at sunset on the roof terrace was a lovely bonus too! The swimming pool is just up the hill from the apartments - spacious with plenty of sun loungers, a great bar/restaurant (fantastic pizza), and toilets & showers. Our host Mauro couldn't have been more helpful & thinks of everything - there were some essentials waiting for us in the fridge (cheers!) and he was always available via WhatsApp for anything we needed. He was also exceptionally accommodating on our last day when we had lots of time to to spare before our bus. He also helped us get to the bus station which was a lifesaver for two travellers with huge backpacker rucksacks in 30° heat! Perfect - we'll deffo be back✌️

Perfect location

The location is spectacular, 5 minutes to the beach and a huge pool in the building. We took the room with a couch and kitchen, it was nice and spacious for two people. The host made sure we knew how to access the facilities and the apartment and check out was really easy.

Garda is the best town on the coast of Lake Garda to explore the surroundings. Apartment was nice and cozy.

Quirky and wonderful

This was a purely random pick - based on price and location - as we wanted to stay somewhere around Garda Town for a few nights at the end of our holiday, but I feel we stumbled on a real gem! The complex as a whole has it's quirks, but our apartment was fantastic - good size, well equipped, comfy beds, complimentary beer and soft drinks in the fridge on arrival. There are also superb views over the lake from the beautiful pool area, and the bar / restaurant is great value for money. One of the best bits is the gated tunnel under the road from the complex to the lakeside promenade / beach. Our host was Mauro, and absolutely nothing was too much trouble for him. He even gave us a lift to the bus station at silly o'clock on the morning we left. The complex might present some difficulties for those with mobility issues, but otherwise I would highly recommend it!

The only thing that would have made it better is if we could have stayed longer tbh.

Der Gastgeber ist nett und hilfsbereit, schöne Lage, (Wohnung mit Blick auf den Gardasee) Die Küche und das Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet, wir sind mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden.

die Durchfahrt in die Stadt durch den Tunnel ist etwas dunkel und erschreckend.

Heerlijk verblijf met alles op loopafstand!

De locatie is geweldig, je wandelt zo naar Garda, naar het strand en naar het zwembad. De eigenaar was ook zeer vriendelijk en vrolijk. Het complex doet enigszins ouderwets aan, maar wel top verzorgd. Het dakterras is heerlijk om de ochtend met koffie en uitzicht op zee te beginnen.

We wisten het ook met boeken, maar een balkon was toch wel fijn geweest. En voor een gezin met grotere pubers is met zijn allen in één ruimte toch niet ideaal. Met jongere kinderen zeker een goede optie.

A noi è piaciuto tutto: l'accoglienza al nostro arrivo, l'appartamento dotato di tutto il necessario e anche di più (console per giocare, ombrellone, giochini da mare, ombrelli per la pioggia, libri, kit di benvenuto), i letti comodi e comodissimi anche i cuscini (cosa veramente degna di nota). Doccia di ampie dimensioni, comodissima per chi ha bambini. Poi c'è la piscina, veramente molto bella, cui si accede con una piccola passeggiata di 5-10 minuti. Dal residence si accede ad un sottopassaggio che porta direttamente sul lungolago e in 10 minuti si arriva in centro.

Die Lage und die Ausstattung. Es ist an alles gedacht. In drei Minuten ist man am See. Mauro ist ein toller Gastgeber. Er macht alles möglich, was geht.

Leider kein Balkon, dafür kann man aber auf die Dachterrasse gehen. Das Stockbett quietscht sehr.
