Great place in Garda

Apartments located very close to the beach and old town, literally only a few meters. The apartment was spacious and clean, equipped with an air conditioner. The host Luca is incredibly helpful and kind. He waited us when we arrived and showed the entire apartment. We really enjoyed our stay. Next public beach is around 15 mins by easy walk. We can recommend.

It would have been great to have some more basic stuff in the kitchen (salt, oil, paper towel) available for all guests during summer. Windows are not sound proofing. These are not disturbing or negative, only some recommendation for improvement.

Very good

This apartment is spacious and only a few minutes walk to the main centre and beaches for swimming. It is well equipped for cooking / dinning in and washing / drying clothes. However, it is a little 'old fashioned' and my personal preference is ultra modern.

The stairs to the top floor are arduous after a long day. It is also on a road that is just off the busy main road and thus there is traffic noise when sitting outside. However, to be fair, Lake Garda is a busy area and any apartment that is centrally located is likely to have some traffic noise.

Luca is a great host. The apartment is very good located, in city center. Advantage is parking garage, which is very important on Garda lake. I could recommend this place.

Great place and very welcoming host. Spacious apartment and nice view. Great location, 5 minutes from the lake. Nice toys and extras for the kids. Many services around

Just a couple of smaller things, maybe useful for others to know. Noisy outside, many motorbikes and karaoke until 23.00. Noisy trash truck at 5.00 every morning. There is no elevator (we knew but still it's 3rd floor) and it was very warm these days, there is an ac in the night area but not in the other area. If you are using the bed sofa it can get quite warm. But In general the good things exceed by far these minor issues

Good apartment for value in great location.

Good location, apartment has everything you need. Host Luca was very kind and helpful. We were traveling with small child and were provided with baby crib. Also apartment has a private parking which is big plus in this area. Highly recommend.

Spacious apartment perfect for big families

The location was excellent, just a few minutes away from the lake promenade. The apartment was quite big, very confortable for a big group like us, we were 7 adults and 3 little kids. They really enjoyed the toys in the apartment. There is also a very big terrace, but we could not enjoy it much during the winter time. The heating was working properly, it was nice and warm inside the apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped and very spacious. Last but not least, the host Luca was very friendly, kind and helpful. Very good experience overall, we would recommend to anybody to stay there.

Big and Comfortable Apartment in Garda

Really helpful and hospitable host. Solved all our problems (which were mostly apartment-unrelated, like finding a good restaurant nearby or looking for the right wind/place for windsurfing). The location of the apartment was really perfect: 100-200 meters from stores/city center and 300 meters from the shore. The next good swimming shore was a bit further away though: about 1 km walking from the apartment. We stayed in the apartment with 3 families (7 people in total), and there was enough room for everyone. The host also friendly provided (for free!) an extra parking spot for our second car. So overall everything was just great! The apartment also had huge veranda and a lot of tools for small kids!

The next swimable beach is in about 1 km walking distance from the apartment, but the the walk is a really nice promenade walk over the shore, so honestly it wasnt a big issue at all.

Big apartment for family in great location

The apparent was in a great location. Walking distance from Garda lake Restaurants. The apartment is bug with private parking garage, great for families. Luka the owner was very nice and he has a great hospitality. Great value for the price.

Calm and nice, walking on the beach of lake Garda and still being in a small nice town.

Luca was an extremely helpful and generous host. This apartment was really family and kids friendly with toys and diaper changing place. We got a small welcome pack. The mountain view from the window was also great. Having parking place in a busy town.

The linen and towels are not included by default and even though we arranged that in booking messages, we were in the middle of a bigger trip reservation so this was a bit awkward overhead for me. I've never been in any place where the linen wasn't included in the reservation fee.

Byliśmy w grudniu, mieszkanie ogrzewane i bardzo ciepłe. Okna jak ba Włoskie klimaty przystalo 😃 2min spacerem nad jezioro. Obok restauracja z pysznym jedzeniem. Super wyposażenie, nawet rowerek dla dzieci jest, kącik z zabawkami. Przestronne pokoje, duży salon oraz kuchnia. Z tarasu widok na górę Garda. Na brak gniazdek nie narzekaliśmy. Właściciel super pomocny i życzliwy. Dostępny także parking dla aut. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni i polecamy rodzinom z dziećmi.

Große geräumige Wohnung in super Lage

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist ausgesprochen gut - 200m von der Fußgänger und fünf Minuten zum See. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und die Küche super ausgestattet. Der Host ist absolut zuvorkommend. Es gibt bei Bedarf einen Tiefgaragenstellplatz. Hier runter zu fahren ist etwas speziell- der Host hilft aber beim ersten Mal gerne und wenn man es einmal gemacht hat, gehts :)

Wir waren Ende Oktober in der Unterkunft und es war schon etwas frisch. Man kann über die Klimaanlage heizen, es dauert aber ein wenig, bis sich die gesamte Wohnung bis ins Wohnzimmer aufwärmt.

Top ligging, groot appartement maar aan wat verfrissing toe

De locatie, de grootte van het appartement en de bereikbaarheid van de host. Je kon het appartement fris houden door de luikjes te sluiten en de airco aanzetten te zetten. Heel veel speelgoed voor kinderen tot ongeveer 5/6 jaar aanwezig. Kinderbedje was aanwezig.

De bedden waren erg hard. Het appartement was heel gehorig. Je kon alles van buiten horen. Het appartement was niet erg proper gepoetst alsook de afwas was niet zo proper gedaan. De douchekop is aan vernieuwing toe, een detail maar lange haren uitspoelen was moeilijk. Door de te korte gordijnen waren we elke dag heel vroeg wakker. De zon was niet buiten te houden. Geen luikjes aan de slaapkamer aanwezig.

Vi havde et dejligt ophold, men havde regnet med at vi kunne spise lidt hjemme og nyde altanen mere.

Der var kort afstand til by midten og søen. Nemme indkøbsmuligheder.

Køkkenet var af ringe kvalitet og indbød ikke til madlavning. Der var meget trafikstøj når vi opholdte os på altanen.

Fantastycznie

Bardzo miły i pomocny właściciel. Po przyjeździe poinformował nas o wszystkim co jest w domu i okolicy. Lokalizacja na 10, wszędzie blisko - dworzec autobusowy (autobus 483- bardzo długa linia wzdłuż jeziora), sklepy, restauracje i oczywiście jezioro.Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu i polecamy tą miejscówkę.

Fereinwohnung in zentraler Lage mit einem sehr freundlichen Vermieter

Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die zentrale Lage sehr praktisch. Nur ein Paar Minuten zu Fuß bis zum Garda See bzw. Promenade. Sehr sauber. Tiefgaragenplatz für das Auto vorhanden. Wir haben hier die Zeit genossen.

Eine schöne Woche im Appartement, ganz nah dran, aber nicht im Rummel

Nettes 2-Zimmer Appartement in guter Lage, 1 Minute bis in die Altstadt, rundherum Lokale und Geschäfte, aber doch nicht zu laut, viele deutsche TV-Sender. Netter Vermieter, eigene Garage, Geldautomat, Briefkasten, Fahrradverleih im Haus.

L'appartamento Family in cui abbiamo soggiornato, anche se un po' datato, è molto grande, pulito e dotato di tutto, compresi diversi giochi per i bambini, anche sul grande terrazzo, comodissimo, soprattutto con la bella stagione. L'appartamento dista 5 minuti a piedi dal lago. Luca è stato disponibile e gentilissimo.

Mi è piaciuto tutto.
