Fantastic central and modern apartement, ideal spot to visit Garda and nearby cities!

Spacious rooms, neat, lovely terrace, fantastic central location with view on the lake. Parking included, but keep in mind you have to walk a bit. There is however a temporary parking spot nearby!

Kitchen was a bit small for 4 people and not all dishes were cleaned properly. Below the apartment is a bar with sometimes live performances until midnight.

Perfect stay for people how like to be in middle of city and close to everything.

Perfect location , close to lake and all restaurants. Very beautiful view over the city. All facilities were good and extra perfect was air condition that was very silent. The street was not noisy and everything closed before midnight

If you go to Garda with a family and manage to get this apartment, you are lucky!

The apartment was all we needed. very clean and comfortable. it had a nice kitchen and a washing machine. Lara our hosrt provided us with any information we needed right away. Mattia is the guy we met in person which explained us everything we need to know. There are many places to eat and drink right underneath the place. We highly recommend this place.

Since the location is very centric (right on the lake) the parking is a little far. so there is a place near by to unload the luggage. but then you must move the car to another (free) parking which is 10 minute walk. On the positive side, it "forces" you to have a very nice walk on the lake boardwalk to get there, so it pays.

Parking is pretty far walk away from the property (15 minutes walk that isn't recommended for older folks) towels and bedsheets cost extra, extremely noisy (noise from above, below and outside all night long.

A perfect, well-equipped, comfortable and beautiful apartment in an excellent location. Very nice owners. Amazing view, very fun balcony, everything is new, bathing beach is close, if you come without a car, absolutely perfect. There is transportation in every direction. Our problem was with the car parked 10 minutes walk from the hotel. When we arrived we had to turn around as there was nowhere to park nearby. Then there was a neat but remote parking lot. In addition, upon leaving the airport the parking gate did not open because of the rain and we waited an hour for one of the employees to come open it, we hardly followed and our owners of course did not answer because it was 7 in the morning and they are not related to this parking. Of course, they didn't answer in the parking lot either. In general, if you arrive without a car, this is a perfect hotel. There is transportation everywhere. highly recommend. Huge thanks to the owner

Minden új és gyönyörű az apartmanban!

2 éjszakát töltöttünk itt, őszi időszakban, a fűtés tökéletes volt. Gyönyörűn felújított hibátlan az apartman!!!

Rundum gelungener Aufenthalt zu einem runden Geburtstag-tolle Ausgangslage für ein paar Tage am See

Super Lage direkt an der Uferpromenade - jedes Zimmer hatte ein eigenes Bad mit WC Schlüsselübergabe funktionierte super - wie man zum kostenlosen Parkplatz kam wurde einem per Video genau beschrieben - Ein- und Auschecken ohne Probleme - guter whatsapp-Kontakt mit dem Vermieter - er half auch bei der Abgabe der Postkarten, da es am Wochenende nicht möglich war die Karten für´s europäische Ausland einzuwerfen. Die Betten waren echt gut und der Balkon ein Gedicht. Die Flasche Wein ein nettes Begrüßungsgeschenk.

Küchenausstattung (alte Töpfe) und eine zu kleine Kaffeemaschine Vermieter hat alle Personalausweise abphotographiert und nicht registriert, dass eine Person von uns einen runden Geburtstag in der Zeit des Aufenthaltes hatte.

Super Appartment in bester Lage!

Die Lage ist unglaublich. Direkt an der Seepromenade mitten im Geschehen. Das Apartment war sauber und gepflegt. Der Kontakt mit den Inhabern sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten das kleinere Appartment im zweiten Stock das sich auch super für 4 Personen eignet, zum Beispiel für 2 Pärchen da man abgetrennte Zimmer mit eigenen Eingang hat. Der Balkon war auch super geeignet für's Frühstück am Morgen oder dem Abendessen. Die Fenster waren super gedämmt und hatten auch die charakteristischen Fensterläden und Vorhänge für Privatsphäre. In allen Räumen war eine Klimaanlage vorhanden. Föhn sowie Bügeleisen und Waschmaschine waren vorhanden.

Leider ein etwas längerer weg zum Parkplatz für's Auto. (10 - 15min Fußweg), jedoch kann man zum entladen der Koffer in einer Ladezone in der Nähe für eine halbe Stunde parken. Aufgrund der hervorragenden Lage mitten im Geschehen kann es natürlich auch etwas lauter werden. In der Bar im Untergeschoss spielt abends immer mal Live-Musik bis ca. 23 Uhr. Die Fenster sind jedoch super gedämmt. Etwas wenig Toilettenpapier für längeren Aufenthalt und manche Töpfe in der Küche sollten ausgetauscht werden.

Te cobran las sabanas por persona cuando llegas, si no las pagas duermes sobre el colchón, te cobran las toallas por persona también, algo que me parece de mal gusto, porque alquilas una habitación pero no es apta para dormir a menos que pagues mas luego que llegas, el estacionamiento esta a 15 minutos caminando en una subida con bastante pendiente

Aussicht auf den See und die Promenade ist großartig. Lage top, Ausstattung auch top, haben sehr gut geschlafen

Unterhaltsamer Aufenthalt in einer schönen Wohnung mit toller Terrasse und Blick auf den See.

Die Lage ist genial - mittendrin im Leben. Wir hatten 6 Übernachtungen und davon 3 mit Livemusik von 9 bis 11 direkt ! unter unserer Wohnung - ein echter Logenplatz. Wir fanden es unterhaltsam aber für Gäste die Rock und Pop nicht mögen und es lieber ruhig haben wollen eher nicht zu empfehlen. Die Wohnung ist einfach aber gut ausgestattet und super sauber.

Bettkomfort: Matrazen und Kopfkissen waren sehr hart und wir hatten Couchdecken statt Bettdecken. Leider keine Auflagen für die Liegen auf der Terrasse. Der kostenfreie Parkplatz ist sehr ! weit entfernt Fußweg mind. 20 min - wir haben öffentlich geparkt.

Wunderbares Apartment mit einem kleinen aber

Die Lage war schön, das Apartment ist super.

Für zwei Handtücher pro Person verlangt das Apartment einen Aufpreis von 15 Euro pro Person, welche nicht per Karte bezahlt werden können. Man muss also mit der Empfangsdame zum Geldautomaten laufen, welcher auch Gebühren hat (in unserem Fall 5 Euro). 15 Euro für ein paar Handtücher zu verlangen ist stark übertrieben. Daher auch ein Punkt Abzug.

Die Lage macht die kleinen Mängel vergessen

Die Lage zum Beginn der Uferpromenade ist super. Wir hatten das Appartement im 1 Stock, das über eine große Dachterrasse verfügt. Das Appartement ist modernisiert. Es verfügt über ein großes Bad mit begehbarer Dusche. In der Küche befindet sich ein Kochfeld mit zwei Platten, ein Toaster, Filterkaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher und eine Waschmaschine (keine Spülmaschine). WLAN war gut.

Der Parkplatz ist ca 15 Minuten Fußweg von der Unterkunft entfernt. Ein direktes Entladen ist nicht möglich. Man muss das Gepäck ca. 200m von einem Kurzzeitparkplatz (30 Minuten) zur Unterkunft tragen. Das Appartement könnte etwas besser ausgestattet sein (zerkratzte Pfannen, kein großer Topf, kein Spülmittel, keine Geschirrtücher, kein Toilettenpapier). Wer Ruhe will, ist hier evtl. falsch (Laubbläser ab 6:30, Lieferverkehr, den Tag über Musik von den Restaurants entlang der Promenade)

Perfekte Lage für einen Kurzaufenthalt

Perfekte Lage an der Seepromenade und Fußgängerzone. Restaurants, Bars, Geschäfte befinden sich direkt nebenan. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet und war picobello sauber. Die Terrasse haben wir viel genutzt.

Für Ruhesuchende vielleicht nicht ganz ideal, am Abend Party und Musik, früh am Morgen die Kehrmaschine, dafür ist man mitten im Geschehen! Der Parkplatz ist etwas weit entfernt (15min zu Fuß), hat uns aber nicht gestört.
