We were very pleased with the apartment location, being right on the water with a balcony with a view. The property manager was very responsive. The apartment itself is in a restricted zone for cars, so it took some effort to coordinate arrival and then parking afterwards. While the parking is 15 minutes away, this was not an issue for us as it allowed us to pick up groceries when we walked back and do some shopping, etc. While we had a maintenance issue during our stay, it was resolved in less than an hour, which was greatly appreciated. The air conditioning worked well, which was terrific in light of the heat wave during our stay.

Be advised that while the location is terrific, with a wonderful view, the zone below is very busy. During our stay, the restaurant directly below had a band play on Monday night. While we enjoyed the music and the people watching from the balcony (it was like having box seats), the band played until almost 11:30 pm, which was a bit late. Overall the noise from the restaurants was not a problem, but they do start resetting up very early each morning (before 7 am), which meant breakfast on the balcony was a bit noisy. With the windows closed and the air conditioning on, the noise was not a problem for sleeping, but it made sitting outside for coffee/breakfast less than ideal.

Everything was perfect. The location was right on the front, with a view of the boats in the harbour. Perfect for getting to other places as the ferry port was close by.

Some noise from the restaurants on the front, but it had shutters on the windows and doors. Some extra crockery and cutlery if 4 people.

Te cobran las sabanas por persona cuando llegas, si no las pagas duermes sobre el colchón, te cobran las toallas por persona también, algo que me parece de mal gusto, porque alquilas una habitación pero no es apta para dormir a menos que pagues mas luego que llegas, el estacionamiento esta a 15 minutos caminando en una subida con bastante pendiente
