About this apartment rental

Apt.418 is located on the fourth floor in the top front left corner of our complex. From its balcony you can enjoy an almost 180 degrees breath-taking view of the lake.

It sports a fully equipped modern kitchen and bathroom, a double bed and a sofa double bed that can easily accomodate a party of four. The bedroom/living room features a DVD/Dvix player and Multimedia Hard Disk, game console and LCD TV set.

The condo boasts a wide 'solarium', some sort of flat roof, with several deck chairs, a few tables for card players, and umbrellas as sunshades.

The access to the outdoor panoramic swimming pool is included in the price.

These self-catering quality apartments are in a gated complex surrounded by a luscious park. A private under passage will lead you directly to the lake front, on the stony beach. The condominium boasts a magnificent swimming pool overlooking the lake with a smaller one for kids, tennis courts and a pizzeria/snack bar. Garda really has something for everyone: from sun to affordable shopping, beautiful mountain scenery, warm water, from skiing in winter to wakeboarding, kite-surfing, windsurfing and rock-climbing in summer, children's amusement parks Gardaland and Canevaworld.Thanks to a steamer service you can reach all the towns around the lake.Served by three airports (Verona Brescia and Bergamo), daily low cost flights can be found from every part of the UK. When you stay on Lake of Garda public transport and road links make a day trip to Milan, Venice, Verona, Bologna or even Florence an easily achieved reality.

General Information (Part 1): We will provide every customer with detailed information about how to reach us. The area is served by three airports (Verona Brescia, Verona and Bergamo) and backed up by the airports at Milan Linate, Milan Malpensa , Venice Marco Polo and Treviso airports. You can reach the condo by bus from Verona's Airport or we can have a taxi to pick you up. Hiring a car at your arrival would be a nice idea meaning when you stay on Lake Garda a day trip to Milan, Venice, Verona is an easily achieved reality.

The Arena di Verona is a short drive away and the historic open air amphitheater offers an unforgettable experience. If you visit between the months of November and April, day skiing trips are perfectly feasible: the nearest slopes are 40 minutes drive away and the world-class ski resort Madonna di Campiglio 1 hr 30 minutes drive.

The largest theme park in Italy, Gardaland, is only 15 km away.

General Information (Part 2): The bus stop is just in front of the condominium's gate. Going to Gardaland,Verona or reaching the other small towns this side of the lake couldn't be easier.

The condo's housekeeper/manager, Carla, will try to sort out any problem you might have. She's at the front desk every day except on Tuesdays (her day off).

Warning: There is a longish slope and 35 steps up to the pool, but it can be reached by car as well.

Wonderful apartment, host and location

For a couple wanting to sojourn at the Gardasee this apartment is perfect. Extra soundproofing, your own ac, well-equipped kitchen, flatscreen with all trimmings, a very helpful host, 5 minutes to the beach, 15 minutes to the centre of the lovely Garda, access to a fantastic roof terrasse and a great swimmingpool - we will definitely be back.

We stayed a week in this beautiful studio apartment overlooking Lake Garda. It was furnished to the highest standard. We were only expecting a small kitchen but it had everything you would need. In fact the whole apartment had been so carefully planned we have never stayed anywhere better equipped. Mauro had thought of everything. Mauro was so helpful from the booking process to us leaving. He was never intrusive but we knew he was around if were to need any help. Cannot recommend this property enough. Steve & Chris

The apartment was very clean and had everything you could need to make your own food as well as a games console and a variety of films to watch. The view from the balcony is amazing and the apartment itself is in a great location only a minute or 2 to the Lake and about a 5 or 10 minute walk to Garda town. I would recommend this apartment and would stay here again :)

These apartments are excellent value for money. They are in a great location to Garda town with free parking. They are equipped with everything you could think of or need and if there is something else you need Mauro is only too quick to help. We are getting married in Lake Garda next year and will be recommending these apartments to our guests.

Stayed in this apartment in 2012 and liked it so much, went back for a month this year. It is in very good location, just a few minutes from the lakeside and a 10 minute walk into Garda. Lovely views from the Balcony. The swimming pool is in a fabulous setting and is well maintained. Mauro, the owner, cannot do enough for you to make your stay enjoyable. Hopefully, we will be returning in 2014

Lovely Apartment in Great Location

The apartment is located in an ideal position to explore Lake Garda and equiped with all that you will need (and more) for a great stay! It has beautiful views of Garda and is in a quiet location. Mauro, the owner is very efficient and will take care of all your travel arrangements to and from the airport if required. He answered all our emails and questions before arrival. The photos of the apartment do not do the accommodation justice, which is furnished well and is equiped with all that you would need and even has a ps3! The apartment is a 10 minute walk to Garda and a 5 minute walk to the beach. There is a swimming on site, with a good restuarant if you don't fancy a walk into town. It is up steps and would be difficult to access though if you are unable to navigate lots of steps. Mauro was extremely helpful throughout our stay, setting up broadband access and helping with any enquiries that we had. The fridge was stocked for our arrival also. All in all - a great place to stay!

A most enjoyale Garda holiday!

Two weeks ago I returned from a delightful holiday in Apartment 418. This comfortable apartment, which is bright and modern, is very well equipped and is flooded with natural light. The balcony with its view over Lake Garda is the ideal place for a leisurely breakfast or to sit and watch the sun go down. The residence is in a very attractive and safe location, and is also on the bus route to other lakeside towns and to Verona. My favourite mode of transport though was by one of the many boats sailing the length and breadth of the lake. Mauro, the owner of the apartment, was very helpful before the holiday, being very promt in answering emails and queries, and providing lots of useful information. This was particularly reassuring as I was travelling solo. Mauro was also an exceptionally thoughtful and generous host, attentive to the point of anticipating some of my needs without ever being intrusive. I have no hesitation in highly recommending this appartment and its warmly welcoming host, and hope to return before too long myself.

Wonderful place for a restful holiday

Having decided to visit Lake Garda for a holiday we chose this apartment having read the details and other people's reviews - we were not disappointed. The apartment, which had been completely refurbished this year, was extremely well equipped to a very high standard; not what you would expect in a holiday rental. It was spotlessly clean and Mauro had provided us with some basic groceries; bread, tea, coffee, milk, bottled water and even some fruit and a bottle of wine. The apartments are set in lovely gardens and the lake itself can be reached, via an underpass, in a couple of minutes. Garda itself is a leisurely 10 minute stroll away along the lake front. From the balcony of our apartment we had good views of the lake and the surrounding countryside. We didn't have a car but found the area well served by public transport with other lakeside towns, and also Verona, being within easy reach by local bus which stops outside the residences and of course Garda itself is well served by the boat services on the lake. Throughout our stay Mauro was extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble. He even took us to Verona Airport at the end of our visit to save us catching a bus. We have no problem in highly recommending this apartment.

Die Anlage ist zwar ein wenig ins Alter gekommen aber absolut sauber. Das Appartement war ziemlich neu und modern eingerichtet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt, Bettwäsche, Handtücher usw. können jederzeit gewechselt werden. Seife, Spühlmittel, Kaffeefilter, Toaster, Bügeleisen und vieles mehr, alles war da. Die Anlage verfügt über eine Dachterrasse mit genügend Sonnenliegen. Hier hat man einen atemberaubenden 180° Blick über den Gardasee. Die große Poollandschaft ist in 5-10 min. entfernt, allerdings ist der Weg sehr steil- aber gut zu laufen. Es gibt genügend freie Liegen und eine Pizza/ Bar ist auch dort. Die Promenade von Garda ist in max. 20 min. zu erreichen. Ganz wichtig: der Verwalter Mauro ist absolut ein Goldstück. Er war immer erreichbar und hat alle unsere Anfragen schnellstmöglich erledigt. Top - Mauro, vielen lieben Dank für alles, wir sehen uns nächstes Jahr ja wieder. Alles in allem war es ein absoluter toller Urlaub.

Allered ved ankomsten føler man sig velkommen. Udlejeren Mauro er bare SUPER. På bordet stod en stor fyldt frugtkurv, i køleskabet var der mælk, vand ½ l. Cola, amt 1 flaske Prosecco. Mauro var meget interesseret i at vi følte os hjemme og at vi ikke manglede oplysninger om området. Næste gang vi skal til Garda bliver det helt sikkert samme sted.
