This unit boasts modern style furniture, a very well-equipped kitchen ,bathroom with clothes dryer, a double bed and a nice very comfortable and big sectional corner sofa, LCD 32 inch FULL HD TV and DVD/DivX player ,Multimedia HD and Xbox One console (with games)

It can accommodate up to four people even though it would be a perfect match for a couple or a couple with small children. The condo boasts a wide 'solarium', some sort of flat roof, with several deck chairs, a few tables for card players, and umbrellas as sunshades. From up here you will enjoy a 180 degrees spectacular, breathtaking view of the lake.

The access to the outdoor panoramic swimming pool is included in the price.

These self-catering quality apartments are in a gated complex surrounded by a luscious park. A private under passage will lead you directly to the lake front, on the stony beach. The condominium boasts a magnificent swimming pool overlooking the lake with a smaller one for kids, tennis courts and a pizzeria/snack bar. Garda really has something for everyone: from sun to affordable shopping, beautiful mountain scenery, warm water, from skiing in winter to wakeboarding, kite-surfing, windsurfing and rock-climbing in summer, children's amusement parks Gardaland and Canevaworld.Thanks to a steamer service you can reach all the towns around the lake.Served by three airports (Verona Brescia and Bergamo), daily low cost flights can be found from every part of the UK. When you stay on Lake of Garda public transport and road links make a day trip to Milan, Venice, Verona, Bologna or even Florence an easily achieved reality.

General Information (Part 1): We will provide every customer with detailed information about how to reach us. The area is served by three airports (Verona Brescia, Verona and Bergamo) and backed up by the airports at Milan Linate, Milan Malpensa , Venice Marco Polo and Treviso airports. You can reach the condo by bus from Verona's Airport or we can have a taxi to pick you up. Hiring a car at your arrival would be a nice idea meaning when you stay on Lake Garda a day trip to Milan, Venice, Verona is an easily achieved reality.

The Arena di Verona is a short drive away and the historic open air amphitheater offers an unforgettable experience. If you visit between the months of November and April, day skiing trips are perfectly feasible: the nearest slopes are 40 minutes drive away and the world-class ski resort Madonna di Campiglio 1 hr 30 minutes drive.

The largest theme park in Italy, Gardaland, is only 15 km away.

General Information (Part 2): The bus stop is just in front of the condominium's gate. Going to Gardaland,Verona or reaching the other small towns this side of the lake couldn't be easier.

The condo's housekeeper/manager, Carla, will try to sort out any problem you might have. She's at the front desk every day except on Tuesdays (her day off) from 8:30am to 13

Warning: There is a longish slope and 35 steps up to the pool, but it can be reached by car as well.

We had a lovely stay at Mauro’s apartment. It was very well equipped and he was extremely helpful. It did get hot, and he supplied fans which were much appreciated and we were comfortable with the fans going (air con was listed, but wasn’t very effective) The building is old, but that didn’t concern us. A short, easy walk into town using the tunnel that gets you down to the lake shore. The pool is a little walk away uphill but is gorgeous and a very good size. Overall a good stay, and good value for money.

Mauro is a brilliant host, nothing is too much trouble e.g he provided extra fans as the weather was really hot, gabe a full tour on arrival. The apartment is really well equipped and the location is superb, private off-road parking behind electric gates. The pool is nice too. Excellent value, highly recommended

Family of 3 (with 11 year old) Firstly this apartment was so easy to get to using public transport from Verona airport (ATV bus service) - Mauro the owner of the property ensures his guests have everything needed (and more - I have never received such a generous welcome pack on arrival) - The building itself is dated but don't let that fact put you off coming - everywhere is incredibly clean and well maintained including the gardens and communal areas. We stayed in apartment 332 which was spacious and had everything we needed - Wifi, films, PC and playstation 3 kept our 11 year old happy while in the apartment and an excellent outdoor pool which was a 5 min walk away (up the hill) the pizzeria restaurant was also extremely good (fair prices) and we ate there on a number of occasions over the fortnight. There is a bus stop right outside the residence which made travel very easy to visit the areas around lake Garda - we especially liked Peschiera, Lasize, Bardolino and Malcesine. Theme parks Gardaland, Movieland and the water park are also very easy to get to. (If visiting canevaworld .....water park and movieland in 1 day we suggest doing waterpark first then movieland) All in all we had a fabulous 2 weeks in Mauro's apartment 332 and would recommend to anyone looking to stay. #1stclasshospitality #greatlocation #clean #homefromhome

We enjoyed our stay a lot. The apartment was comfortable, well equipped, with a much appreciated generous welcome pack. The building is a bit tired (from the 50s I think) but clean and functional. The complex is well located, with easy access to the promenade, just a few minutes walk from town. Bit of a climb to the pool, but worth it - surrounded by olive trees for welcome shade, and with a good bar/pizzeria to hand. And the sun terrace has plenty of sunbeds and parasols, if you don't fancy the climb to the pool. And Mauro is the best local manager you could hope for. Always attentive and helpful. Garda town proved a good base for us, both for local eateries and for walking, cycling, bus and ferry trips.

Even tho the building is 1960s and dated, the apartment was excellent. The grounds are lovely, and the woodland walk up the hill to the pool is lovely too. The pool is as good, if not better, than some on the Mediterranean, although it can get very busy. The apartment is very well situated and it only takes 5-10 mins to walk from the apt round the lake into Garda. The owner, Mauro Dona, couldn't do enough to help us enjoy our holiday. He offered invaluable advice, and even booked our train tickets to Venice. Nothing was too much trouble. We couldn't fault anything and will definitely think about going back.

This was ours second time in Mauro's apartment, and again everything was perfect - lift with luggage from the bus station, clean and tidy rooms, excellent facilities, and help on hand all week as required. I hope it will not be long before we come again!

Though we had a horrible trip to Garda (our car was broken), we were able to relax at the moment, we arrived. Mauro was a great host. We loved everything: the appartment with the filled fridge and the PS3 (:)), the beach at the lake, Garda (just a few minutes by feet), the park around our appartment, the pool, the pizza and the sun!!!! It was so hot, that we couldn`t use the sun-deck - so we`ll enjoy it next time! Thank you, Mauro! We had great holidays!!!

Had a fantastic stay here at the Euro residence in July and could not recommend it more. Mauro was the most helpful and kind apartment owner that we could have asked for. We were greeted with a warm welcome and throughout our stay Mauro helped us plan trips to Venice and around the lake - its always handy having local advice! The place itself is lovely and spacious and we can honestly not fault it as it had everything we needed. The lovely pool was by far the biggest surprise as the views are spectacular and well worth the uphill walk. The Euro residence is a short walking distance away from Garda Centre (only 10 Minutes walk) and it is nice and quiet . The grounds are well maintained too and one of the biggest bonuses was being so close to the beach. Overall, we had a fabulous stay here and would highly recommend it and we would stay here again without hesitation

We were with three and rented the apartment for a week. I must say that Mauro, the owner, was a perfect host. He explained all in length and was available for questions during our stay. The appartment was very well suited for our needs. All was there, up to a PS3 player for our daughter so she could get her game time ;-) The appartment is close to the beach and the boulevard leading into Garda and the pool area that can be used from the adjecent hotel is up hill, but very good to reach. A very nice place to stay, all in all, thanks Robert Gras

My husband and I stayed in Apt 332 from 14th - 24th June 2010. The apartment is spacious, very clean and well equipped. The grounds are immaculate, beautiful and very secure. It is certainly worth taking the time to do the uphill walk to the swimming pool areas, but if you don't fancy that do head for the roof top solarium. The whole area is great for sunbathing, and also has the benefit of spectacular lake views. The location is perfect for all the amenities in Garda - added bonus if you book any excursions through Lago Tourist (brochure in apt), they pick up and drop off at the gates to the apartment complex! All of the facilities of the apt were fabulous, but the icing on the cake has to be the owner Mauro, his Cavalier King Charles Spaniel Sleepy, and the apartment manageress Maria Luisa. There talents as hosts are unsurpassable, and a warmer welcome you will not receive anywhere. Thank you Mauro for making our holiday extra special - we look forward to our next trip to Euroresidence and Lake Garda.

This is really a great apartment for nice holdiays in Garda! Together with our 18 months old son we spent 10 days there and had a wonderful time. The apartment was very clean, cosy and excellent equipped. Mauro event bought a brand new highchair for our child and had organized a cot. The fridge was filled with all the basic things you need- what a wonderful surprise! Also sugar, salt, coffee were provided. Mauro is so helpful and well organized - he is such a friendly person and tries to help you in any case. We could use the internet for free, had a phone in the room - so our familiy could ring us from abroad and he gave us a dozen DVDs in case of bad weather. The location of the apartment is perfect. We could see the lake from our room and could reach it within 3 minutes via the undeneath path, so we didn´t have to cross the main road.Around the lake you find an excellent promenade where you will find nice cafes and you can walk all the way to Bardolino or further on to Lazise. From the apartment to the harbour you will only need 10 minutes. We can highly recommend this place!!!

We stayed at this apartment with our 19 month baby and it was truely excellent. The apartment had everything we could have asked for and Mauro provided us with a cot with bedding and offered a high chair so there was so need to bring our own! The overall facilites of the apartment meant there was nothing we had to ask for - internet access, dryer for wet towels, large TV with loads of dvds, microwave/toaster/kettle/coffee maker etc. When we arrived (very late!) Mauro was very friendly & hospitable he even got out of bed at 7am on the Sunday morning to let us out of the gates when we were leaving. The location is ideal to Garda centre and the beach, the under passgae is a great way to avaid the busy roads! Overall I fully recommend this property for a family holiday.

From the very welcome by our host the impression was wonderful. He immediately offered us a tour on the terrain and without it we probably wouldn't have found anything because it was huge. The two swimming pools are very big and are never crowded. The lake is across the road and very good accesible by a walk under the road. The room was absolutely great, there was a lot of space and it was equiped with the most modern technology. The Internet worked very well and the television was of great quality. Everything was very clean and worked well. I would most certainly recommend this property to anyone who wants to relax and enjoy the beautiful lake.

We stayed here for 1 week in July 2009. The weather was scorching and we were very glad of the pool. The pool is a little walk away, up a steep path, but it is worth it when you get there. There is a restaurant/bar by the pool, also guests can use a further pool with again a nice restaurant/bar. There is also a little shop at the campside near the pools. Mauro was a wonderful host - from the welcome pack which was the best I have ever seen - how lovely for tired travellers! and also his help and accessability (he lives on the site) this is useful and you don't feel completely alone. The apartment 332 was very well equipped. The only downside was that we had to buy a new TV when we got home because my husband loved the widescreen TV so much! A lovely break and we will be back to try the new rooftop apartment which will be ready soon!

What can I say my stay was excellent thank you Mauro for making us welcome. We have been staying in Garda for 10 yrs now this was first time for an apartment and I must say we will certainly be coming again. Mauro welcomed us and could not do enough showing us all the facilities. His english is excellent which make it easier. The apartment is modern and clean with computer access television if you need it and he even supplied DVD'S to watch. A nice touch was the welcome pack milk etc saved us going out. Garda town is a short walk away which was nice. See you next year.

Appartamento pulitissimo.Lenzuola bianco splendenti,stirato di fresco.Bagno funzionale,pulito(io sono una collaboratrice,perciò esigente😂) Cucina piccola,ma pulita ed attrezzata. Stoviglie ci sono tutte Zucchero,sale,è in dotazione Un panorama incredibile dalle finestre ed ancora più mozzafiato dal tetto/solarium Piscina fantastica, pulitissima, proprietaria piscina/ristorante,pizzeria gentilissima.Prezzi molto abbordabili. Passaggio per arrivare al lago comodissimo. Che dire,ci ritorniamo di sicuro.Grazie Mauro.
