About this apartment rental
In a unique location, close to Lake Garda and surrounded by a beautiful park, the flat is located on the ground floor of a former hotel complex.
There are olive trees, palm trees, tall trees, benches, a children's playground, a restaurant bar and a large swimming pool.
The newly renovated flat with a private, enclosed garden is equipped with modern furniture and has a bedroom with a double bed and a small bedroom with a single bed.
The large living and dining area has a double sofa bed and can accommodate 5 persons.
Fully equipped kitchenette with oven, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, refrigerator with freezer. Bathroom with washbasin, bidet and large shower.
There are also ceiling fans, flat-screen satellite TV, Wi-Fi in the flat, awning, garden furniture, sun loungers, a parasol and free parking in the complex.
The beautiful communal roof terrace with panoramic views of Lake Garda is equipped with sun loungers and parasols and is the ideal place to relax.
In the large communal lobby of the complex, there is a lift to the terrace, a self-service laundry for a fee and unlimited free Wi-Fi for our guests.
From the lobby, an uphill path (approx. 5 min.) leads to both the Restaurant - Pizzeria La Loda and the large, beautiful swimming pool surrounded by olive trees. Admission is included for 2 of our guests (normally charged).
Next to it there is also a small pool for children.
The lakeside and the beach can be reached in a couple of minutes via the direct subway, while the historic center of Garda is about 8 minutes away!
Check-in is from 3.00 p.m. to 7.00 p.m.
Check-out at 10.00 a.m.
Compulsory taxes not included (payable in cash on arrival):
- Tourist tax for the municipality of Garda, € 2.00 per person per night (from 14 years).
- Late check-in: after 19:00 surcharges will apply.
Optional extras on request (payable in cash on arrival):
- Bed linen and towels are extra, but you can bring your own and save on the final price. Reservation is compulsory!
- Early check-in or late check-out are possible ONLY on request and are subject to availability, additional costs will be charged.
- Additional single bed at extra charge
- Baby cot (1-24 months) with surcharge
- High chair with extra charge
